This seems like a very new facility. The room was super clean and very comfortable. The location is very convenient--if you're mobile, it's an easy 15 min walk to the airport terminal, otherwise you can easily catch a taxi. You can also find the subway station (Gateway Gardens) just a very short walk away. There are a couple restaurants and a Rewe store also 2 min walk from this hotel.

On arrival I had difficulty getting inside the self-check in/security code entrance. This was a bit awkward with full luggage in tow. However a kind person, very familiar with facility, understood the issue right away and she pointed me in the right direction. She recognized that reservations through Booking.com & perhaps other sites sometimes had challenges in receiving the digital keypad entrance access code. By visiting the hotel reception, things were resolved very quickly and there were absolutely no issues afterwards. If you book through a vacation site, keep this in mind should you have any concerns.

ipartment is like a self-serve very clean, modern, and high quality hotel room with a full kitchenette. It is not like a normal hotel with a lobby where you check-in. Everything is done electronically. The instructions they send you to get there are nonexistent and the instructions to get inside are confusing at best, so let me help you: 1) You can take a train to get there from the the airport, or take a Bolt/Uber. I chose Bolt both ways and it was < 10 euros each way. It takes 5-6 minutes or so. 2) You'll get some "codes" sent to you with odd names like "Comfort code" and "Start Code". The "Comfort code" (with the checkmark at the end) gets you into the building, and the same code is used to get to the hallway with your room. The "Start Code" gets you into your room. There was no breakfast but there is coffee in the room. There is a really nice supermarket next door that is open late and has everything you need to make a nice breakfast for yourself. Now that you know how everything works -- if you just need an overnight stay by the airport, this place is great.

Zero instructions on how to get there (even after asking via Booking.com) and confusing entry instructions.

The location is quite convenient, if your business in Frankfurt is near the airport. Bus options and mostly the metro station Gateway Gardens that goes directly to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof. The "staffless" experience was very smooth from beginning to end. The apartment has plenty of space and the furniture is quite new and useful for a business stay. Includes an ironing board and iron which are essential for business trips. The supermarket located on the back street matches perfectly with the kitchen and fridge available in the room. The Italian restaurant next door offers very decent food and a great place to meet with clients.

There could be more toiletries in the bathroom at the check-in. The WiFi signal was not strong across the whole apartment space. There is not much to do around the area besides a few restaurants, coffee shops and a supermarket.

Convenient and close to a grocery store for supplies and very close and walkable to/from the airport. (terminal 2). The kitchenette and fridge / microwave are nice to have.

The room was not very clean and the stove is not usable and lots of notices for potentially smoke detectors going off and while there are facilities are good along with laundry, they are not easy, practical or convenient to use while on a trip. Parking is expensive and while short term parking is available out front, I even got a parking citation for leaving the car for 30 mins while I checked in and unloaded our bags. The hotel staff pointed us where to park at €20/ day but before we moved the car there, there was parking violation notice.

Although I didn’t get the access code at first time, then I called them to ask. Finally I got it via email, but it was a good thing that they do have staff there, and if you didn’t get the access code that would be fine during check in time. This apartment equipped kitchen and WMF kitchenware, wine glasses, dishwasher and refrigerator. Also, there are laundry room on 2th and 5th floor. It’s very friendly to person who travel for long journey, and you can cook, you can wash clothes. There is a Rewe just behind the building, and the S-bahn gateway garden is 5 mins away from it. It’s very close to airport, and so highly recommend to travelers who need to take early flight.

A bit bad smell in bathroom, but it’s okay. 2nd thing is the curtain faces to the bed, but it is only sheers

Excellent space, comfortable, new and clean. Nice decorated and equipped with the necessary items. Good bathroom, heating and good quality appliances. Location is very good, quick and easy to reach downtown and very close to the airport - but in a friendly new area, pleasant and safe, with restaurants and market around. Great for a business stay.

Cleaning should happen more than once a week and be more detailed - for example leave extra toilet paper and an extra towel. The room was for one, so one small duvet and one pillow made sleeping not so comfortable, even after I asked for more and was not replied. Also, there is a bit too much light from the window and it needs more coverage for the night.

Modern, cozy and well decorated apartment. With everything you need for a good short or medium stay. Comfortable bed, well equipped. Beautiful, spacious, nice and safe neighborhood, 5-minutes walk away from the train station, market and restaurants around. 12 minutes by train from Downton and 3 from the airport.

During the 12 days only once it was cleaned - at least 3 times would be much better. The access code deactivated at some point on the weekend and the assistance took 1 long hour to send a new one as no one was locally available. No extra towel. No extra pillow. Small duvet. Too much light from the window at night, need more coverage.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. There is no onsite reception, but the lady I talked to over the phone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The place is close to the airport and that was convenient for us as our flight was mid morning from Terminal 2. There is a bus going to Terminal 2, but it leaves you so far away from the entrance that one is better off walking (about 15 minutes walk from the hotel) or taking a taxi rather than taking the bus.

There were 2 very small pouches for the coffee machine, but no tea and sugar. An additional chair would be helpful- there is only one in the room by the desk. We had our dinner on the small coffee table with me sitting on the chair and my husband on the sofa. It’s doable, but kind of uncomfortable.

The apartment was clean , bed was comfortable, kitchen it’s complete for those whose liking cooking, good bathroom and great having a washing machine and dryer available.

Was smelling food at my arrival inside the apartment, but after some hours and having the windows open went away , also has no air conditioning and no even a fan , so during hot summer days gets very hot inside the apartment, please guys from Ipartment , provide at least a simple fan to help your guests .

I just needed a place to sleep a few hours between flights. The apartment was bigger than I expected. Bathroom wqs spacious and sitting are very comfortable and nicely decorated. Getting to apartment via train/bus was also really easy, and instructions to get in were quite clear.

The only thing i didnt like was the bed facing the window with no dark/blackout curtains.
