This hotel is located an easy walk to the Hauptbahnhof, and close to a large shopping centre. There are also lots of places to eat nearby. The hotel has a bar with reception, with indoor and outdoor chill area. Plus lots of charging points too. The sound proofing is great, to be so close to a major railway and it not be an issue.

Only criticism I have is constantly bashing my shoulders on the tv. Shuffle it 1mtr over next to the window. Bruising on my shoulders is the last thing I needed, as I am carrying a day pack for several days now.

Half renovated rooms make it feel really modern and cool. The staff is really friendly. Very good location close to many restaurants and stores.

Has no parking, will rent you a spot in a building 5 minutes away. The rooms are on the smaller side but have everything you need. At first we thought it was super nice and clean but we came with our dog that found immediately (in the first 5 minutes that we were inside the room) an old used earbud under the bed (kinda disgusting) The hallway was also pretty dusty and the carpets weren’t vacuumed in a while (or someone really dusty and crumbly passed before us).

The place was in the Messe complex, very near a bus stop. There are restaurants and a mall nearby. The place was great value for money, I got a private room with my own bathroom and a double bed for less than 60 Euros per night. The staff were friendly and they lent me an iron for my wrinkled clothes. There is a small desk in the room which was great for working. Towels were provided. Internet was functioning. It was a generally nice and cozy room that had everything I needed.

Some of the fixtures could use maintenance. In the bathroom. There was a part of the shower head holder that was gone. It did not affect functionality, but would be nice to maintain well. There are also small areas of dark spots in the sealants in the corners of the shower wall. The first night I slept on the bed, my skin started to itch and I'm not sure if it was the sheets or something, but it improved after they had replaced them.

Close to a station, clean and nice area of the city. There’s a very cute dog in the reception, welcoming team. Cute reception with a 24 hour bar with food also! Very clean bathroom and comfy bed. They also kept our bags when we checked out, for free, because our train wasn’t till later in the day! However u can extend your checkout but it costs extra.

The fan in our room was super loud! And we couldn’t turn it off. We were not there long so didn’t bother to ask about it haha but they would have probably fixed it. They had everything u needed but anything extra was not free such as extra tea bags and a few fir umberella (which isn’t normally a problem but we just came from a hotel where they are free) . Also no fridge.

The hotel was very easy to get to from the airport, and the check in process was very smooth, WIFI coverage was really good. The breakfast was good (included in the room rate) but maybe a little expensive if you paid separately. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all the hotel is great value.

Its about 45 minutes' walk to the old town (minimum) and the walk to the main station goes through some very rough areas where drug dealing and using was taking place in full view during daytime. You can get the S-Bahn to avoid this. The hotel bed wasn't the most comfortable or spacious but for the cost of the stay that is a minor point.

If you’re coming for Buchmesse, it’s a great location. Just a 5 minute walk to hall 6. If you’re coming as a tourist, it might be a little far from the things that you want to see and the area you want to be. But there are a number of places to eat as well as a mall right next-door for a food court. The staff is very nice and they smile at you, which is a novelty in Germany. So that made it totally worth the stay. Chris and Rama were exceptionally helpful ☺️

The rooms are a bit small. There’s hardly any closet space or space to store bags. And since the rooms are small already, it can be a bit crowded for two people. Though it was a double room. I don’t think it would be good enough for two people, but I travel solo so it was OK.

The hotel is small, very clean and comfortable. Close to a S-bahn train station and a shopping centre with many places to eat, coffee shops and grocery store. The staff is friendly. the hotel is very close the railroad and it might be a bit noisy. The windows are soundproofed but not 100%. The bed is very comfortable, bathroom is clean and it has all the necessary stuff. WiFi is quite good as well.

The only thing we did not like is that there was no fridge in the room, especially for the summer days.

The location of the hotel was great.with good connections by public transport,.walking distance to the Messe and even having the option of going to the BasicFit gym almost right next to the hotel. The hotel staff was very accommodating, helpful and professional. The bar was really cool and homely, with indoor and outdoor seats to enjoy a drink or meal. The hotel also offered the option to only get fresh towels when there was no need to clean the hotel room; I really liked this 'Green' approach!

There wasn't really anything major I didn't like. The only improvements for me could maybe be to have a mattress and pillows, which were a bit harder, but this is of course personal preference.

The hotel is extremely well located in a peaceful and calm neighborhood near a PENNY market, the Skyline shopping mall and a train station connecting to the city center or the main train/bus station. The rooms are clean and comfortable with no noise. You get good wifi and cable TV. The staff are extremely helpful and welcoming, first of all, I had a parcel delivered to them and they kept it waiting for my arrival, second, they were kind enough to project the Barcelona vs. Bayern Champions League game! I highly recommend this hotel, it's also the most affordable options with a superior quality.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It’s in an excellent location, especially if you’re attending an event at the exhibition center, which is just a 10-minute walk away. The hotel is clean, with a young, friendly, and helpful staff. The music in the lobby is fantastic, but the best part is Lenox 🐶, who greets you at the hotel entrance with a warm welcome

This isn’t a complaint, but the breakfast area can sometimes be a bit uncomfortable because in some sections, there are only sofas instead of tables. However, if you find the right time when it's not crowded, it's ideal as you can enjoy a more comfortable breakfast
