The room were so nice and clean. We booked for a family room and when we arrived, there were no available family room for us. The staff said they overlooked something. So they gave us a nice connecting rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us. They had a nice view in the evening. The food was good especially the breakfast. Kids were very happy. The location was great and quiet. They also had a SPA and free to use but we did not tried it because we have no tkme anymore.. overall experience was very nice and for sure we will definitely get back.

Really nice staff, the room was great, we had two “single” beds but they were huuuge. The views from the spa are amazing.

The only downfall we’ve found was the fact that it was a little bit difficult to reach the hotel, due to some renovations in the public transport in Frankfurt. HOWEVER the bus station is extremely close to the hotel, and there’s nothing that can’t be solved with a few changes between buses, u-bahn and so on. It honestly didn’t stop us from having a great time, but it’s something to consider.

The facilities are clean and the sauna and fitness areas were excellent additions to my stay. It was outside of the city center and there is not much nearby that's walking distance but you're also surrounded by the beautiful park and the city skyline is visible from multiple public spaces inside the hotel.

The sauna hours are limited and the hotel bar is pretty small but they are simply bonus amenities as I rarely book stays for these in-house extras.

This has become our regular stop driving through Germany! Hotel has everything we need and plus a nice little forest to walk our dog in!

The only thing I would change is the menu! A more approachable children’s menu would be great! I tried to order plain pasta as there was nothing simple on the menu (kids don’t like any complicated dishes). However we were told that we cannot get plain pasta, only what’s on the menu! It was very disappointing and our kids were kind of left hungry, especially as it was Sunday and the shops weren’t working.

The hotel has a good price/quality ratio and was a positive suprise. The room had a coffee machine and a bacony with a a pleasant view. There is a small gym and two saunas on a higher floor, giving a nice view over the Frankfurt city line. The breakfast was really good. One can park for free along the street opposite the hotel entrance, though I was advised for safety of the car to park at the hotel's supervised partking, at 15 Euros, which is a fair deal compared with most hotels around Frankfurt or the Frankfurt airport. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the airport by car. I don't know how one gets there without a car, but at least in my case it was easy to get to and from the hotel by car.

No negatives that I can think of.

The room was lovely and they provided coffee for the room. We really enjoyed the evening meal, we had the schnitzel and the sauce that comes with it was lovely. The pillows and duvet were amazing!

The location was a bit out of town for us, after a long drive we didn't want to drive any more to see Frankfurt, but to be honest that was our fault for not checking where it was.

I had a fantastic stay at Soaltee Hotel Messe. Everything was just as expected—clean and comfortable rooms, friendly and attentive staff, and a great overall atmosphere. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Excellent breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was amazing and also very clean. It's worth the money.

As we speak English, the receptionist gave us sharp answers. We wanted to have a walk around the area and we didn't get any information about it. On the other hand, the restaurant staff was super friendly, and the dinner was delicious. A good stay overall.

I liked the view from the room even though not best room was given to us, it would have been great if they had provided room from Klein garten view. I like about the neat bedding extra towels baby bed etc

Initially when we entered room there were some cleanliness issues there were oil stains on window glass and floor was not cleaned, but upon reporting they did the cleaning immediately. it would have been great if they had provided room from Klein garten view
