I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The check-in process was smooth and well-organized. The location in the Gaslamp Quarter was ideal - right in the heart of San Diego, with numerous restaurants and entertainment options nearby. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the provided WiFi worked well throughout my stay. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free stay in downtown San Diego!

Definitely the regular room service. Though the downtown area is not good,filled with cracks and junkies but its a little down the road. So its not a problem and lots of different types of restaurants beside the hotel.

The older receptionist who basically stays at night. He is very rude and grumpy. He doesnt even like to answer. Whatever you ask, he will answer very rudely and will tell you to talk to the manager. NOT HIM.

location is close to the train station but doesn't get a lot of noise from the streets which is nice, small room but has everything you need and is very clean with a very comfortable bed. Staff are friendly and helpful, second time coming back to this hotel and will be happy to return next time I'm in Frankfurt too.

There is breakfast service from 7 to 10 am, which makes a great satisfaction of my daily life. It is a great opportunity to access hotel in Frankfurt. Five minutes to arrive from main station to hotel.

I found that red ants are climbing over my bath basin. So I asked to front desk, however, they don't care about my complaints. When I took a shower in the morning, water is leaking from the surface of a wall even though shower curtain was drown.

Exceeded my expectations a lot. Clean room and friendly room service. Close to the rail station. Very good value for the money.

Well, it is in the heart of Bahnhofsviertel. If you know what Bahnhofsviertel is, like me, you will not be surprised by the neighbourhood. It's just life. Didn't encounter any problems or safety issues in that part of the city myself.

Always Enjoy my stay, Best place for stay , for MUSLIMS specially becoz 2 mosque in front of hotel and many many options for HALAL FOOD . And NON Muslims can also enjoy different culture and Food , very close to CENTRAL TRAIN STATION

Being close to the main train station is good, and not good at the same time A lot of bar and restaurant around the hotel, so a lot of people was drunk and made noise But inside the hotel everything was ok !

the location is very close to the train station, but the neighbourhood is terrible…the rest is good… I just stayed there overnight , but for a longer stay I would probably look for another neighbourhood…

Prime location. Easily accessible for shopping, restaurants and travels. Room is comfortable. Reception staff is very helpful in nature. River side and park are in walking distance to hang around. The Sarvana Bhuvan, an Indian restaurant is very much nearby to try south as well as north indian dishes.

We didn’t have any problems. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with everything, even the wake-up call on the morning that we left.

We didn’t have breakfast even though it was on the web page when I reserved the room and the noise from the Chinese restaurant next door up until 2am in the morning.
