Very good location as City center was only 10-15 min far away by foot, so no public transportation was needed. The room was very clean and we could decide if room should be cleaned every day or not (change of towels, etc.) Breakfast was OK.

We were 5 nights and for us it would be good to have various breakfast, at least every two days as it was a little bit boring to have every day the same offer of breakfast. It would be recommended to change maybe two kind of food (for example instead of scrambled eggs, fried egg or instead of " Bratwurst, Seitenwuerstchen"...)But all in all acceptable and fine (just as a remark)

Nice room, centrally located with 5 minutes walk to the main station (Hbf) and 10 minutes walk to the river side and old town which is beautiful. Range of multi cuisine eating options/restaurants outside on the streets and in the old town area. Having stayed at Premier Inn several times in the past in some other cities/countries, it was broadly and satisfyingly good.

Atmosphere outside/on the streets in the evening/night felt little uneasy as we were told to be alert to personal belongings as some on the streets may approach in the night. We got to know that the street was closer to red light area which was not clear while booking the hotel on booking.com.

The best thing about Premier Inn hotels is that they're reliable and of consistently good standard. They're not luxury with lots of high-end facilities, but they're comfortable, staff are friendly and they offer decent food. This Premier Inn was no exception. We checked in late in the day after a long journey, and were received by a terrific staff member, Susanna, at reception. She guessed that we may be tired, and having a child with us, and her welcome for all of us was spot-on. The room was comfortable and a good size, with a nice shower. We had breakfast included and the selection was very good and well-cooked. The hotel is literally 6-7 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnof, so it's very central, and most Frankfurt attractions are easily walkable from there. There was a good bar with reasonably-priced drinks. I would be happy to stay here again

The A/C setting was still for winter so the room was a little hot but the window could be vented. Not a major issue, though.

Warm welcome and friendly check-in. Within easy walking distance of the main rail station. Numerous restaurants in the vicinity. Room clean and modern with usual facilities including hospitality tray with kettle. Good breakfast with hot and cold choices. Comfortable queen size bed. Easy walk to tourist sights: Willy Brandt Platz, Romer Platz, and main shopping street. Bridge across river to the museums / art galleries district etc. easy to reach.

Area around station is somewhat populated by homeless and drug scene. Have stayed in the area many, many times and still return but it still 'feels a little unsafe'...having said that, have never encountered a problem.

Great hotel. Nice check in. Attentive staff. Quiet little bar area. Rooms quiet and very comfy and very clean. Good selection of pillows (not the usual German approach of one very flat pillow per person) and good mattress. Bathroom also very clean.

Frankfurt main station is rather 'rough' - a few dodgy local characters, so it might be nicer to walk to the hotel taking the south exit from the station and then Gutleutstrasse to Elbestrasse. The hotel itself is in a much better area - no dodgy characters hanging around the entrance - and you're quickly there in ten minutes.

Central location near train station. Comfortable bed (much more comfortable than Premier Inn hotels in the UK!) Clean and well maintained. One of the lightbulbs in our room kept flickering and a member of the reception staff went out of his way to help us change it. Short Walking distance to the museum quarter,including the excellent Städelsches Kunstinstitut and Museum für Angewandte Kunst.

The location is a bit seedy - a bit like how London’s Kings Cross was 20 years ago. The room was a tight squeeze even with a small double bed (140-145cm wide.)

- Centrally located, just a 3 minutes' walk to Frankfurt Central station (Main Hauptbahnhof). A lot of restaurants and supermarkets around the area. Sightseeeing places are mostly at a walking distance. - Hi- Speed Wi-Fi and a comfortable work space in the room perfect to work from home. - Polite, courteous, hospitable and friendly reception staff. - Comfortable bed, spacious room and bathroom with good sunlight. - Room cleaning was carried out immaculately everyday (You need to inform the reception before 12 noon if cleaning needs to be carried out).

- Area is just outside the station. Hence there are a lot of homeless people around, dirty street, hippies and intoxicated migrants. - Hot water was not available for 2 days. As per the reception staff, it was due to a technical fault. Hotel staff stated that they would compensate for the same within a few days. There was no telephone in the room. So had to go to the reception each twice on both the days in the morning. Suggestion: It is suggested to provide a telephone and a mini-fridge in the room as it would be of great convenience.

The room was spacious, clean. The air conditioning worked, the curtains were as dark as possible, which is very convenient. The bed was excellent and we had a choice of pillows. The bar has happy hours for cocktails -50% of the price. The staff are friendly.

It's best not to go walking without a navigator. There is a train station not far from the hotel and our big mistake was to go that way. It's the dirtiest, most dangerous area possible. We arrived at the hotel 1 hour before check-in and were told to walk around until 15:00, but you could leave your car and things at the hotel.

The staff are great. The room is valuable to the price. The location is good you can walk to the train station within 5 mins. Surrounding by restaurants and convenient stores.

Have to pay extra if we want to get the room before checked-in time. I never have to pay in any hotel for getting the room before checked in time. Most of the hotel I visit if the room available the hotel will let us get the room or just tell that the room is not ready.

Went over for a nice long weekend, I can't fault the hotel or the wonderful staff.. They literally couldn't do enough for us from the moment we arrived to the minute we left. The evening bar staff we a delight and loved to chat with all the guests. Even when we got food delivered, they made sure we had plates and cutlery so we could enjoy it properly. I would recommend staying here, just for the amazing staff. The location of the hotel is right in the city only a few minutes walk from the station. And like all cities, not all areas are perfect. Take a 2 minute rest walk to the left when you come out the hotle door and there were a few undesirables around, and I wouldn't be comfortable walking around on my own in the evening. But take a 5 minute walk to your right and you are down by the river and walk a little longer and you will be in Old Sachsenhausen, with its beautiful cobble streets and vibrant night life. Well worth the visit.
