Very good location as City center was only 10-15 min far away by foot, so no public transportation was needed. The room was very clean and we could decide if room should be cleaned every day or not (change of towels, etc.) Breakfast was OK.

We were 5 nights and for us it would be good to have various breakfast, at least every two days as it was a little bit boring to have every day the same offer of breakfast. It would be recommended to change maybe two kind of food (for example instead of scrambled eggs, fried egg or instead of " Bratwurst, Seitenwuerstchen"...)But all in all acceptable and fine (just as a remark)

Nice room, centrally located with 5 minutes walk to the main station (Hbf) and 10 minutes walk to the river side and old town which is beautiful. Range of multi cuisine eating options/restaurants outside on the streets and in the old town area. Having stayed at Premier Inn several times in the past in some other cities/countries, it was broadly and satisfyingly good.

Atmosphere outside/on the streets in the evening/night felt little uneasy as we were told to be alert to personal belongings as some on the streets may approach in the night. We got to know that the street was closer to red light area which was not clear while booking the hotel on booking.com.

- In my opinion this hotel is the best hotel in this area. It is located near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and main sightseeings, but quiet and safe, no homeless people are hanging around in front of the hotel. I highly suggest this hotel for family and a solo traveler. - The room is big with 2 armchairs and the bed is comfort, nice and clean bathroom. - The receptnists are friendly. - There are many nice restaurants nearby. "Rewe to go" is just about 100 m.

It would be perfect if the breakfast is included for this rate.

This hotel is located very close to Frankfurt Central Station, which made travel super convenient. It’s a premium hotel at a very affordable price — excellent value for money. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with air conditioning, which was perfect for the summer heat. There was plenty of space for me, my wife, and our baby to sleep comfortably. The hotel also offers nice complimentary touches like tea bags, coffee, and a kettle for hot drinks, which added to the overall comfort of the stay.

There’s really nothing major to complain about. The only minor issue is that the area around Frankfurt Central Station does have some drug activity and people lingering nearby, which might be uncomfortable for some. However, it’s important to note that the immediate area around the hotel felt safe and clean.

Great location, close to restaurants, the historic centre and train station. Very spacious room, we loved it.

Just the open shower cabin that makes a mess when we shower (I don't know who had this awful idea, now it's everywhere). But it's a minor bother, the staff is friendly and provided us with new towels everytime we required. And we asked to park our car for 15 minutes in their garage just to unload our luggage AND THEY REFUSED. The street is always full and I needed my husband to help me manage 4 large suitcases. So we risked getting a fine because we couldn't enter the garage just long enough to get the suitcases in the room.

The best thing about Premier Inn hotels is that they're reliable and of consistently good standard. They're not luxury with lots of high-end facilities, but they're comfortable, staff are friendly and they offer decent food. This Premier Inn was no exception. We checked in late in the day after a long journey, and were received by a terrific staff member, Susanna, at reception. She guessed that we may be tired, and having a child with us, and her welcome for all of us was spot-on. The room was comfortable and a good size, with a nice shower. We had breakfast included and the selection was very good and well-cooked. The hotel is literally 6-7 minutes walk from the Hauptbahnof, so it's very central, and most Frankfurt attractions are easily walkable from there. There was a good bar with reasonably-priced drinks. I would be happy to stay here again

The A/C setting was still for winter so the room was a little hot but the window could be vented. Not a major issue, though.

Great option if you want a good quality hotel not far from the railway station. 1. Location is really very nice. I was a bit afraid because some people wrote that the area seemed not safe, but I wouldn't say so. It's not the city center and yes, it's quite busy even at night, but it's okay, we felt completely safe. It's just about 7 minutes from the railway station. If you need to get to the city center, it's easy to use a tram or simply go by feet (takes about 20-25 minutes). You also have REWE supermarket pretty close to the hotel. 2. Room was very good. Spacious, good-looking, with everything we needed. Bed was comfortable, so we enjoyed everything. Bathroom was big and it was really comfortable to take a shower there. Room was very clean. And hotel itself looks nice. 3. Staff was very nice and polite, we appreciate it. Thank you!

The only disadvantage for me is that there was no socket near my bedside. It feels weird everytime that you need to charge your phone on the table. But that's the only inconvenience.

Second time staying at this hotel with my family — and once again, everything was excellent! The location is perfect, with plenty of cafés and shops nearby. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the bed linens and towels were absolutely spotless and bright white. The room was very clean and well-maintained. This hotel definitely offers great value for the money. There’s also a nice restaurant downstairs with reasonable prices. The receptionists were very kind and polite, making us feel welcome. Highly recommended — we’ll gladly come back again!

The location is great, very close to the city centre about a 15-minute walk, and just 5 minutes from the main train station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. However, just one street up, the area doesn’t feel very safe at night, so that’s something to keep in mind. The room was clean and comfortable, with a really cozy mattress and pillows. It was also very quiet, which made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I stayed for two nights and overall had a pleasant experience!

The location of this property was centrally located and an easy walk with luggage from the train station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also offered a nightly happy hour with 30% off beverages which was a nice way to finish the day.

If you choose to walk to this property, know that there is are issues with homelessness, street drug use and prostitution in the downtown area. Most of that activity was to the northwest of the property for several blocks. On Elbestraße between Munchener and Kaiserstraße.
