Location is great, friendly staff.

Amenities in the room, like a dishwasher tablet or washing machine pod were not provided, if you are for a short stay buying a big package would be a waist. Pillows were very soft

location was great and bed was comfortable. functioning kitchen equipped with plates, bowls, cups, etc.

Website advertises washer and dryer available, but it's rarely available. Staff uses it to wash and dry beddings/towels all day long. There were about 5 washers and 5 dryers, but only 2 of each were working. Was running out of toilet paper, so I emailed them, and they responded back " We will forward your request to our customer service team for further assistance." Never heard back after that, so I asked a staff downstairs and they told me "no, sorry". We were standing next to the storage room and can see it stocked with toilet paper.

Bathroom with glass, all the water on the floor, it was little cold but it was okay.

Location was fab and the customer service is 24 hours we rang at gone midnight and they sorted our issues out. The staff were friendly and the place is clean the area was ok a few questionable areas but it’s close to the station so to be expected lovely down near the river and the old town is just a stroll away really couldn’t fault anything

Using keypads is a little new to me but I soon got the hang of remembering the code I think for the price you pay this apartment is such good value for money. With it being an apartment you have to wash your own towels but the machines are downstairs and free I even washed my stuff to come home

This is an excellent place to stay for your trip in Frankfurt. Good location in the city center and very near by walking to the Old Town. The locations is safe and easy to find. There are various markets around there that you can find anything you want even late at night. The apartment have everything inside and the view from the window have the city skylines which is truly gorgeous! I highly recommend this. 👌😃

Passports photo of each tenant's identity is excessive, but I understand that for security reasons it must be done but at least it can be less stressful.

It’s clean and the location is good.

The complaint is towards to the people who served online. It was cold when I got into the room. I naturally used the thermometer on the wall but it seemed not responsive. Still I set up the temperature to 30C and headed out for dinner. When I came back the room was still cold. Using the address provided by Vision I sent an email asking for help. Then I checked the radiators and found that there was a knob used to turn on the heat. I finally got a warm room. However, I got no reply till the day I checked out the hotel. I’m not sure if there was someone who’s there to answer questions. The “average” score in the staff section was for the office people, not the ones who worked in the floor.

The apartment had everything you need. It was clean and very comfortable. The location is also nice since it is close to the train station but also far enough from all the fuss. I quite liked the whole style of the apartment. The staff was really helpful and friendly. I personally like the idea with the codes just maybe the check in process needs a bit of rethinking

Sadly it had a smell of smoke and in my opinion a rug on the floor would make it much more cozy and comfy to walk barefoot. Otherwise it was a bit scary to have an apartment on the ground floor because you could hear people walking on the street right next to you and also you can’t open the window like at all.

It's near the central station 8 minutes walking and you get a code that is for entering the building and your room check in was smoothly

I had to send my ID card to their email address which is for me kind of insecure. But done it anyway Couldn't lock the door but the staff told me to push the door more and then it locked basically. Wanna charge ur phone while you sleep? Forget it you'll have to then turn on the main switch for power to charge ur phone and you can't turn off the lights from the kitchen I also couldn't notice how the exhaust at the kitchen turns on I couldn't really shower with hot water due to the steam cause it would've maybe affect the alarm + it was kind of smelly, and i felt like someone was entering my room + the street is meh it's okay but its not the safest. If you stay for a week maybe to somewhere else in frankfurt

Nice location close to the train station and river

Paid for the previous night so I could check in once I arrived early morning though still had not received a code and was standing around out the front waiting for someone until 9am as unable to make an international call. Should have had the code in my email prior to arriving

Location was Great. Very close to Center and the trains/trams. Love the keyless access. Place was with all the modern facilities.

Was a bit complicated for the strict forms before check in especially if you’re travel around and have no access to scanners and printers. Took a lot of emailing back and forth and phone call cos I want to get the code prior to arrival and not to be left stranded outside with suitcases. Also would be good if cooking basic are provided like just salt and pepper since it’s an apartment.
