Fantastic hotel. Very friendly staff. Room was exceptional design and clean. Breakfast was exceptional - variety of food and a very nice juice machine. Very rich and tasty. For sure I will be glad to return to this hotel in the next visit Frankfurt The hotel location is very good - walking distance to museums and river and to Central Train Station

The hotel is located near the Central Train Station and the way to hotel is routed via unsafe neighborhood, even in the day light, sure not at the evening No nearby bus station or metro - so if you need public transportation you will need to go to the Train Central Station or to other distanced station. If you prefer to go by taxi - no problem since taxi is always parking in front of the hotel.

Wonderful breakfast with lots to choose from—-granolas, yogurt, muesli station; waffle station; charcuterie station; English style breakfast with bake beans, roasted veggies, bacon, eggs, and sausages. They even have a juicer for fresh fruit juices. Great location. We walked to main train station and Christmas markets.

You have to pay extra to check in early even if it’s just one hour earlier. Because of this, the check in line is out the door once it’s the official time to check in. Seemed very inefficient and poor planning on their part. They don’t refund or give guests credits for checking out early so why are they charging guests for checking in an hour earlier when the room is available and ready. Crazy.

The location is very close to the river Main and to the main train station (Hbf). The breakfast is really excellent, but quite expensive. The room is very comfortable and, in case of high floors, has a great view. The gym is also very good.

In my previous stay, the hotel would provide a large bottle of water everyday in the room, which was nice and convenient. This time, just one bottle in the first day. The breakfast is excellent, but very expensive on top of a reasonably expensive hotel rate. Early check in and late check out, which used to be a courtesy and still are in most hotels is charged. In summary, to have a little more comfort and convenience one has to pay for each thing, which adds up and is not so friendly.

Our room was as expected as seen online, clean, bright with lovely views looking over towards the main train station. The bed was comfortable and no noise could be hear during the night due to the louder than normal air-conditioning. The shower was large with plenty of showering products attached to the wall. Mini bar was a nice treat and restocked every day. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with a variety of fresh foods, the breakfast room was bright and airy, a delightful place to start the day. Staff were always helpful. The location could have been better, close enough to the train station, easy walking distance to river promenade, museums and old town.

Unable to control noise on airflow out of air-conditioning, temperature could not be adjusted.

The room is quite spacious and had a proper desk for doing some work. Bed was super comfy and the breakfast was excellent, with a juicer to make your own freshly pressed fruit/vegetable juices. I loved that the room had ironing facilities and a kettle. The little 24 hour kiosk at the front desk for a midnight snack (including sandwiches and ice-cream!) or bottle of wine is also a very nice thought. The hotel is walking distance from the train station, many of the major museums and main shopping streets, so fantastic location.

The hotel is great, no complaints there. It did feel a bit scary to navigate the street from the station to the hotel through all the drug users and other unsavoury characters, but that was only for the first block, and there is not really much the hotel can do about it (except perhaps petition the city to clean it up). The area directly around the hotel and to the museums was very clean and safe.

This is our second time staying here. Great location. Walkable to all the Christmas markets and train. Breakfast was excellent. The young Asian woman that checked us in was very helpful and efficient. She stands out as one of the few hardworking front staff there.

A few of the front desk staff are a bit untrained and gave us wrong information. Also, I noticed there was a water leak from the water station and told a working staff who was busy “decorating” the Christmas tree (she was just tinkering with the placement of the gnomes). Instead of cleaning up the water, which could’ve been a hazard for guests, she told us to let the front desk know. We were currently in line to check in and there was a long queue. Left the lights on for maid service but room wasn’t done. Had to asked maid for new towels and she wasn’t happy about it. Our second room didn’t have an espresso machine. Just instant coffee and a kettle.

This is a clean and comfortable chain hotel just a short walk from the Hauptbahnhof. It's just 2 blocks away from the South entrance - which you should use because it's closer and safer. Most the homeless drug addicts seem to congregate in the street in front of the main entrance. We had a superior best view room with a superb view of the Frankfurt skyline. The room was small, basic and the fittings were a little dated. The bathroom was small but functional and we loved the rainshower. We arrived very early and we were very happy that the reception staff allowed us to check into our room straight away. The area around the hotel seems really safe, but if you want to eat or shop nearby you have to head towards the dodgy Hauptbahnhof. The bed was super comfortable so this is a good value option for a short stay near the Hauptbahnhof!

The room was great with an unusual and very appealing design which had the bed facing the large window and slightly elevated, so that room for a convenient desk and chair sat behind the bedhead. There were lots of lights and plugs for devices. The breakfast was FANTASTIC - more than enough of everything that you could possibly want for a breakfast, with lots of healthy options as well. The coffee was also excellent but the quality and variety of the food was really quite special bearing in mind that it is a hotel with lots of people coming and going

It is just a small thing but the corridors were incredibly warm whilst the dining room area was a bit cooler than I would have liked. In addition, the shower recess allowed water to pour from the recess itself out on to the floor of the bathroom - this had obviously been happening for some time because the door was water-affected - but the shower itself was just fine. A bit of silicone would probably fix that problem, though.
