I visited this hotel to visit my girlfriend who lives in Ruessalsheim near Frankfurt. I stayed there for 6 days and the hotel staff was very friendly. They helped me check in earlier than the regular check-in time. My room was not the most modern style but it was very convenient. The hotel is close to the center of Frankfurt and the grocery market so it was easy to get there by Vehicles. They also provided a free coffee machine 24 hours a day and on special days like Easter they left a chocolate bunny doll at the door of the room. I really appreciate the hospitality of this hotel. I will stay at this hotel again when I visit Frankfurt or Ruessalsheim.

The only inconvenience was that the elevator buttons needed repair. They were up and down buttons and they didn't respond quickly.

Excellent location. Very friendly guy who did received us by checking in. Breakfast was very good.

The staff woman who was standing at breakfast was very unfriendly with customers. She was very rude and disrespectful to others. I didn't expect this. Even saying a simple good morning wasn't returned, which was too much to ask. She continuously commenting. And that wasn't nice at all.

The first impression wasn’t that good. The hotel changed name and they have removed the old billboards but not replaced them by new ones so that gave a bit of a shabby impression. That changed once I was in my room. It feels more pleasant than one would expect of looking at the pictures. The rooms are clean, it feels homey. The bath room is nice enough. They have a hair dryer and as a nice extra touch they offer complimentary Rituals bathing gel. No toothpaste. The flatscreen TV offers many German channels, I counted one French, one Turkish and a couple of English ones like CNN, Al-Jazeera, BBC, Bloomberg. The bed is good, the sheets feel good. All receptionists where friendly (I met 3 different ones). That is not always the case in budget hotels. I had the buffet breakfast for 14,5 EUR. I personally liked it. The choice was pretty extensive. Different cold cheeses and sausages as one could expect being in Germany. Different types of breads, mini croissants, pancakes, pastries, yoghurts, cornflakes, muesli. Also baked sausages, scrambled and hard boiled eggs. If you do not take the breakfast you still get complimentary coffee during throughout your stay! I’m happy I chose to stay here and I would come back anytime i have to be in Frankfurt. I came from the main international FRA Frankfurt airport. I took the regional train number S8 (entry through the airport) got off at Russelsheim. From there i took take bus 32. I still needed to walk 800m so if you are loaded you might prefer a taxi. Having said that apparently there is also bus 11 going to Russelsheim regional train that stops just behind the corner.

Breakfast was very good. Plenty to choose from between cooked foods, cereals and bread. It was buffet style, so you could help yourself to as much as you wanted. The dishes were regularly topped up with freshly cooked food. The bed was comfortable but with no air-conditioning, the room soon got pretty warm. I opened the window, which had the downside of traffic noise early in the morning.

The decor is a little dated, though the room itself was very clean. Traffic noise kept me awake from about 5am. I felt it was a bit pricey for the standard of room on offer.

Worried about the internet based on other reviews but it worked fine. Secure. Comfortable and big enough. Very nice front desk ladies. Very economical.

A second pillow would be nice. Parking, like most hotels, fills up and probably some have to park on the street. Seems like a safe area though.

Everything was top notch. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They even offered us coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cappucino. Super comfortable beds, we slept really well, we felt so rested.

Clean comfortable easy. Tea and water in the room. Bar coffee shop on site. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Inexpensive. Not a tourist location but easy to get to airport.

Only one restaurant nearby to walk to. Just ok Thai. The staff was unaware of their immediate surroundings...they didn't know the closest pharmacy was closed and that the other nearby restaurants were closed. They didn't have recommendations anywhere to eat. That was disappointing.

I loved the lighting in the room and I felt like the room I was in had a cozy feeling and enough privacy.

The WiFi wasn't all too good and the TV had limited channels.

I stayed there for the 4th time as i found the location perfect and quiet when i cross Frankfurt. I have 2 dogs and not far from the hotel there is a little forest which is lovely and they can run around. The hotel stuff is very kind with the well manner, very important at the reception when you arrive! I think they have good size of rooms and lovely bed, clean everywhere also mineral water on the table. Free parking front of the hotel and the nice little garden area. Cute bar next by the reception. Very grateful ! Thank you

Economy price. Near Thai restaurant, easy walking distance.

Parking is tight. A giant tour bus sucked up about 8 spaces for cars. Busses should park on the street.
