the room is very cozy, spacious and clean. Good soundproofing, atmospheric restaurant. There are no foreign smells in the room, it smells fresh, it is light and spacious. Despite some nuances, I recommend staying at this hotel.

we booked a room with a balcony because we are smokers, but our room was without a balcony unfortunately. The hotel has a garden, but it is closed and you can't go out there to smoke, you need to smoke on the busy street at the entrance of the hotel, which is not very comfortable to go out in your pajamas on a busy street late at night. the pillows were in bad condition, I think they should have been replaced a long time ago

I enjoyed that the room was simple enough and had no issue with the single bed. Was definitely value for money. The check in process was simple enough where I was able to get the key to my room despite arriving in Wiesbaden after midnight. The Hotel was in a good area and loved the neighbouring parks for morning runs.

Unfortunately my bathroom smelt like cigarette smoke. I mentioned this to the cleaning staff and they wanted to assist in changing my room but I was happy to stay just 1 more night as I wasn't staying long. I suspect the previous guest had smoked in the bathroom but the extractor fan was not working. The rest of the room smelt normal with the bathroom door closed.

Hotel was Nice and clean and the rooms were comfortable! Bed was comfortable to sleep in and I really liked having a bathroom with a window we could open for fresh air

There was a festival going on right in front of the hotel during our stay. This resulted in us not being abel to reach the hotel by car, and having to find a parking space somewhere else. It would have been nice if the hotel notified us of this when we were booking, since we specificly booked a hotel with a parking space and away from the conventions going on so it was less noisy

The location was excellent with numerous restaurants nearby, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered lots of choice, the room was quiet and comfortable and the hotel was very clean. The pictures of French film stars in the corridor was in keeping with the name Hotel de France!

There was nothing to take issue with.

Top location in the beautiful neighborhood near the city center. Friendly staff. The bedding and the bathroom were clean. Great value for the money I've paid for one night.

The hotel is in the beautiful old building, which also means there's not that much of a soundproofing in the rooms. Fortunately, my neighbors were quiet so there was no bother on this particular night.

Paper thin walls and windows, a lot of car noise from outside and also lots of noise from other rooms. Also reception could not provide earplugs upon request, this would be a major improvement I guess given the noise levels.

Great location, on street parking, just outside of the hotel, it coast us about €7, we booked junior suite, it was spacious with a lovely garden view terrace. Can’t quote on the breakfast as didn’t stay for it, but would definitely stay again. We had an amazing evening meal at a restaurant at the same street as the hotel- isoletta steak and pasta, that was really delicious.

Very friendly staffs, variety in the breakfast buffet & nice atmosphere, in room: comfortable bed and pillows, sparkling clean, refrigerator, water kettle for making tea, good amenities, generous toiletries, working desk, enough wall plugs, lovely style of honeymoon suite with terrace. Elevator. Quite corners outdoor are available, of which are connected yet private. Parking space is available at other building (with charge). Good value for money. Good location.

No parking on premise. Rubber seal at the corners of shower box could be changed. Chair at working desk does not fit long working hours - tiny but okay. Guests rather stay and relax, not to work the whole day :-) Anyway are understandable and does not reduce rating given. Will definitely come again when visit this city.

Great Hotel and Staff for the location. The staff and location were great for short time stays. I love Wiesbaden and the hotel is located in the city's heart. But prepare to find parking if you are driving. :)

Small Lift and no parking

Nice location. Also, helpful and kind staff! Room was spacious and also the bath room was clean. The internet was fast, too - important if you work remotely. I like the design and building of the hotel. About a 30min walk from the train station. I didn't have breakfast there.

The heater was on when I arrived (November 20220. We have to save energy so it doesn't make a lot of sense to heat hotel rooms the entire day. Rooms are not too big, so they are easily heated once the heater is turned on. Please keep the heater on low levels to save energy. Instead, rather provide thicker blankets/duvet, so no need to keep the heater on at night.
