The system without a reception with just a door code seemed at first very suspicious, but it works. location is the best in the city, everything is simple and clean. For this money you won’t find anything better in the center of Frankfurt, For 1-2 nights of course, not longer))

the location is superb. everything is nearby. breakfast every morning just across the building and open at 6am. lunch and dinner places are everywhere within 5min walking distance. everyday the room is cleaned and tidy. the interior is simple and tidy. so its like living in your own apartment but the room is like a hotel. love the stay, the value and would comeback next year!

the bathroom is a bit small, especially the shower area. u might bump the wall when bathing. and the step down from the shower area was a bit dangerous. i almost fell the first time cause the height of the step is a bit to steep while u have to slip out from a tight door.

The location is great, the self-check-in was good and easy but it was sent in German only! Value for money is good if you are there just to sleep not to stay at all in the hotel. Besides it a lot of nice places to eat

All was in German! the elevator was super slow, it stopped one time. there was some kind of housekeeping, they didn't empty the trash and were supposed to change the towels but sometimes. There even was a cockroach in the bathroom but a small one. There is no shuttle service from the airport as mentioned in the description when asked twice no one answered.

The location is wonderful, very central and with loads of restaurantes, shops, cafes and supermarkets around. The room seemed neatly organised

When we arrived it was raining and we had to walk to the other hotel to ask for a new entrance code because the one given wasn’t working. There was no light in the lift so we had to use our phones to not be in completely darkness when using it. The building main door has no locker so anyone could go in and stay there. It didn’t have a kettle for tea, the controle remote had no batteries. There was a cockroach in the toilet one of the nights.

- the location: located right in the main square of old town Frankfurt, unbeatable location, you walk out of the hotel and it was full of life, many restaurants, cafes, Christmas markets etc - very good price and quality - self check in was easy - room was big, bright and spacious

- the bed sheets were clean cause they were crisp but they had many stains that didn’t clean with the washing machine. - the entrance of the hotel was always full of trash at any hour of the day, dirty hallways and stairs - I would suggest to reinforce the cleaning overall

Central location, short walk to the old town, Sachsenhausen and the UBahn. We were at the airport within 15 minutes. Check in was fairly easy once you got the hang of it. Bed was very comfortable. Considering the location it was very quiet.

The light in the lift was broken, pretty scary going up 4 floors in pitch black. The frame for the toilet door was broken off and left lying against the wall in the room, so couldn't close the door never mind lock it. Could do with a good clean but for one night it was ok.

The hotel is in a super central position. It was easy to find and the room was very nice, clean, big, with a lot of windows and very comfortable beds with duvets and good sheets. Self-check in was confusing because a tablet screen at the entrance tells you to out your name in the system but it does not find the guest, two other guests had to tell us to go to our room and just insert the cose (and that worked), but we were confused for a good 10 minutes in the hallway. Met other guests that had the same confusing experience, as it was not specified to just go to the room. Nonetheless the room was great and we were surprised to see how big and clean it was. Bathroom was clean and nice, shower head was a bit weird and didn’t work properly. Overall, great value for money! Definitely recommend:)

The place is right in the city center, near the Altstadt and Zeil (Hauptwache) so there are many places to go and eat. The check in is very quick as I have the code for the room before check in so I can go straight up into my room without any time to wait. Although there is a check in machine put right in the entrace that make me confused a bit, I don’t need to use that machine to check in

Clean organized room with practical design to make use of every inch.

No AC or fan made it difficult during such hot weather. Opening the window could bring noise and insects which is an undesired outcome! It would be great to add a fan to the room or at least make it available upon request.

I recommend the upper floors, especially in the weekends (there's a pub at the ground floor active in the weekends and it might disturb your peace of mind). It is a very clean location, yet cheap and convenient, but with no extra benefits (breakfast - you can arrange this with their partner hotel if you want, but I was not interested). Great and quiet view to the back of the building, but facing the new skyscrapers, quite impressive - in my case. The WIFI signal was steady.

Nothing to complain about, except that the TV channels didn't seem to work.
