Location is great. Staff is very friendly. We had a large kitchen sitting area. The place would have been convenient for someone staying for an extended period of time. We only stayed two nights.

The booking agreement states that you will receive a call the day oh checking in. We received no call. We called after 15:00 to receive instructions (in German) about the process of checking in. The place has two entrances. The keys are offered at the reception side and then we had to walk around the block to enter on the opposite side. Place appeared clean, but on closer inspection hand towels in kitchen were not clean. Glassware questionable. Floors were swept, did not appear vacuumed They said that there would be snacks on the reception area in the morning. The first morning there was nothing. The next day there were some baked goods. That’s it. No fruit no juice. There is no reception staff.

Amazing value for money in the center of Frankfurt. The apartment itself is well designed, modern, clean, and very spacious. Far superior to staying in a hotel if you want to have some extra space.

The checkin process was a little difficult and there was only a landline number to call -- most people are traveling and just have data plans these days. It would be great if there was additional information provided in the room about checkout or needing extras, as well. They come in to refresh towels, but do not replace coffee pods or clean the room. For a 3 day stay, there should be extra coffee pods provided daily.

The location was excellent, even with the S-bahn being repaired, we were able to get to the Hbf taking the U to Konstablerwache and catching the S-bahn there. Nice view from the 5th floor and the wifi and smart tv were good.

It appears they have tried to fix the check-in system, but it still needs work. It’s not good starting a trip wondering if you’ll be able to get in. Emails often don’t come through when you’re in flight, thus we did not receive the code until a day after we had arrived. Fortunately, Frank was in reception and gave us our key, which worked without problem once we got it. The only other issue was the air conditioner is not great and the duvet was a little heavy for the time of year.

Location is great for the city centre and on a quiet street, place was very clean and tidy with good facilities. Rooms were a good size, no bath but great showers. good size fridge, we didn't use the cooking facilities but looked pretty new.

No staff present at anytime in the small reception area, it does mention that staff times are limited but no one there at all. The Bluetooth code/App did not work and we weren't the only ones that had that complaint as we met others at the door trying to get in. we did pick up cards to get us in from a nearby restaurant so didn't need to use the App.

We stayed in apartment number 105 Instructions sent the day before around accessing the apartment, which entrance to use, and when the key would be sent. Check in is 3pm - Key Code came through to my email at 2:40pm and I was able to access the apartment minutes later without any issue Location was superb for accessing all of the Frankfurt Christmas markets Apartment was exceptionally clean Beds super comfortable - two quilt covers were great! Motorised black out blinds ensure the best nights sleep Temperature of the apartment spot on & could be modified in both the lounge/kitchen area and the bedroom area Lots of space Plenty of wardrobe space & hangers!! Bathroom was a lovely size and the shower hot and powerful Plenty of plug sockets Loved having a tv both in the lounge and bedroom area Fast & free WiFi

Nothing! Fab apartment would stay again! Only minor comment was that the app was sometimes a bit glitchy with showing your key code to access the apartment, but I think this was due to mobile signal; was easy enough to resend the verification to your email and reactive though. Called guest services to start with the first time, and they sorted straight away, super helpful! After that just sorted myself :)

No problem at all to enter the property. Nice big room, clean, nicely maintained and very modern decorated. Quiet with excellent sleeping quality. Big nice and modern bathroom. Very central located, for my wife to do her shopping while I was at the exhibition. Had to call them once, they immediately answered and politely helped me with everything I needed, but on the other hand I do speak German too. Please note that I didn’t had to use any app in order to get in, since I was given a code and through that a plastic sensor (key) in order to enter the building and our room. Parking is roughly 30 meters away from the property, but not cheap. Had to pay 60€ for 48 hours. Will definitely use again.

Very good location, at the centre of Frankfurt. The apartment is cozy, quiet and secured.

I would have given a higher rate but: 1. There were no towels available on our arrival which I think the staff forgot to leave it when the room was being prepared, however we received it straight away the following day after contacting the staff. 2. The Wifi connection was unstable in our room until the last day.

The hotel is located near the financial hub of the city where walking around posed no problem. You can access the famous landmark by walking. The room is exceptionally well-maintained and all the cutleries are provided so doing simple cooking is a breeze. Room cleaning is also provided even though it is apartment style.

There is no reception and have to go to another property to get the key as I forgot to to register my particulars earlier. The keys are to be sent after the particulars are registered in the system where they will send you an app to allow Bluetooth to the room door keys. But the guy at the reception (at the other location) is extremely helpful and even helps to check if we can get to the room early. Even with the physical card keys, we could checkout by leaving it in the room on the day of departure so it was hassle-free.

Perfect location quote central but quite. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed, really nice bathroom and shower. Fully equipped kitchen. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would deffo recommend. Cafe Karin that works with the hotel is an absolute visit as well for breakfast or a beer. Very helpful and kind staff there.

Check in / check out process could be improved. We had no issues with access because we got a key card from the cafe Karin that was close by, but the instructions for check in and check out were not very clear. Improve this and you’ll have the perfect hotel!

The location and facilities of the booked apartment: Can walk to visit the Frankfurt Cathedral and Main river as well as the old town square. The neighborhood is safe. Many restaurants, supermarket and shops are nearby. The apartment is clean and tidy.

The digital key was not working properly, just flashing and the apartment building front door could not be opened. Had to go to the nearby cafe (about one minute of walking from the apartment building) : Cafe Karin to pick up the card key. My suggestion is that the address and telephone number of Cafe Karin to be given to the guests in advance. In case, the digital key is not working, the guests can walk to the Cafe to get the card key. Also expect the apartment management team to enhance the effectiveness of the digital key system.
