I liked the idea of having independence: entering the building and the room with a code, having a storage place after checkout, flexible checkin, it has elevator, the wifi works very well, the studio is very nice, spacious, fully equipped, the mattress was excellent, the building is close to city centre.

The room was in front of a very busy street. Even with windows closed you could still hear the noise. Because it was so warm inside I'd have loved to sleep with the window open but the noise was too much for me. Not much natural light in the studio. The shower was nice, but impractical, after 1 min of showering the whole bathroom is flooded.

Great location, great facilities, interesting concept, except that…

… it was such an impersonal experience! Not having a real person at reception to speak with in case any issues arose was frustrating. Everything is handled through access codes, emails, mobile app, and WhatsApp messages. It all depends entirely on having a working mobile phone, which can fail or run out of battery at any time. We had requested two rooms, preferably close to each other, but not only were they on different floors—they weren’t even in the same building. I understand that room allocation is on a first-come, first-served basis, but then what’s the point of booking three months in advance? Call me old school, but in the hospitality business, it’s all about creating memorable experiences—and this one just missed the mark.

The location of the hotel is great! You are 1 minute from the Ubahn, there is a great coffee shop right next to it, 5 minutes away you have a grocery store and it took me around 20 minutes to get from the main station in Frankfurt to the place (super fast and easy). I booked a single room for one night and it was very basic but great! The room had a comfortable bed, a table for two people with a kettle and 4 different tea bags, a capsule coffee machine with 3 coffee capsules, a water bottle and some chips. It also had cups and wine glasses if you needed them. It also faced the inner "yard" of the hotel so it was quiet at night. The lockers available to leave your luggage during the day of your check-out are also very easy to use and instructions for these types of things + many more are all available online. Last but not least, the room was spotless! you are also given a broom in the room because as far as I understood, the cleaning is done once a week (if your stay is long) you can request cleaning for a fee, but for staying only one night is perfect.

I had some trouble when I arrived because my code was not being accepted at the main entrance. I tried texting and ringing the bell but nothing worked and it was past "working hours", thankfully another guest open the door for me and after that, I didn't have a problem, but not having a person onsite could be a deal breaker for many.

The room was within walkable distance from the city centre and the river and was very clean. We had chosen the room with kitchen and it had all the necessary equipment to prepare a simple meal. There is no reception, you need to do self check-in and the instructions given were clear, such as the instructions about luggage drop in, in lockers, until our check in time. All the communication was via messages and a mobile application. Finally, the lobby was like second home, having always cool temperature, equipment for coffee preparation and sofas/tables to hang out.

At this price, rooms should be equiped with an air-condition. We were there in August and there was heat in Frankfurt.

Everything is great location, clean room, I like everything is automated Microwave and washing machine in the room with coffee machine and capsules

I spent 7 days in the hotel and no one entered my room for cleaning or taking the trash

Very nice place .. and the location is perfect

due to the extreme heat inside the room (it was the only negative point of the room ) there was no air conditioning or even a fan as the room was facing the main street, I could not open the window (because the noise of cars passing by all night was very annoying) that's why sometimes it was unbearable to be inside the room with so much heat

Location was great, really central and Frankfurt a very walkable city. Our room was really comfortable and the bed was a great size too. Check in was very easy with the code they send you. We also had a late flight out of Frankfurt so used the lockers to hold our luggage the day we checked out which was great.

Netflic wouldn't work on the TV which was very disappointing as we couldn't really watch much else on it, it connected to other apps via chrome cast but not Netflix, and the staff were helpful to a degree but couldn't fix the problem.

This is not only a new property but a new-thinking property. If you don't like smart phones, don't stay here because everything is on the Numa app. The common work space is beautifully designed and guests do use it. I liked the indoor swing:) Location is solid. Near a subway station and a historic indoor food market. Somewhat business-y with restaurants and a grocery store very close. An awesome independent coffee shop called Stacks is just up the street. It has a jazz theme. We used the laundry: washer is great. A separate laundry app tells you when to come back. The luggage storage is awesome if little too popular. If you want a larger size spot you gotta get it when they open up. Although Numa is quite central, we found that Uber would cancel rides in Frankfurt. One block away was a hotel with a taxi stand. We walked over there instead.

Our unit was missing any couch, as shown in the photos on Booking. After some conversation, they gave us a discount. The 2-burner hotplate comes with a warning about the fire department and fines. There didn't appear to be a fan. If you really want to cook, I think it's preferable to cook downstairs and clean after.

The room had a kitchenette with everything we needed: cooker, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, and crockery to serve and cook for two people. In addition, we were given a set of tea and coffee capsules, sugar, and milk. Very convenient! We were also given two sets of towels, but they can be changed independently, so no problem. The bathroom had the necessary hair, body, and hand products (they smell delicious). The beds are very comfortable, and the pillows are huge and soft. In the hotel, you can also find a large communal kitchen, gym, and laundry room where there is an iron if you need it. We didn't use all the facilities but I think they are in excellent condition. The location of the hotel is perfect. The wifi connection is quite good.

Not that it's a big disadvantage, more of a minor inconvenience that you have to adjust to. There is a shower cubicle in the bathroom, but it is designed in such a way that the water goes outside the cubicle and spills all over the bathroom. To avoid this, you should use low water pressure and try to switch it on for a short time so that the water has time to go down the drain. Otherwise, you will have to clean the whole bathroom 😅

The digital communication turned out to be a huge pain, I had to speak/text w 5 staff members in total to make them understand that I couldn't check in because the room hadn't been cleaned, even though another staff member said it was ready. I was never informed about the room being ready, I had to call (WhatsApp said room wasn't ready even after 3pm which turned out to be wrong ... )The automated WhatsApp messages are for the most part useless and a waste of time. Another downside, I wasn't able to leave my luggage (small hand trolly) because the lockers were all in use (I believe it was 5 lockers for suitcases )
