service was excellent and the bed was very comfortable/ good location. very good variety and quality breakfast.

it’s an apartment hotel with a microwave but no plates or cutlery. no accessible plug sockets in the kitchen area so you have to move the kettle and put it on the floor. to get to your room you have to go to floor 22 (reception) then get out of the lift and after swiping a key card then go back in the lift to access your room. no hot room service food was available during our visit.

Excellent location, we were able to walk everywhere. So close to everything, lovely restaurants, tourist attractions, shopping areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Loved the outside glass lifts, so nice to see all over Frankfurt from there. Room was very clean and comfortable, bed was excellent, views from our floor over Frankfurt were amazing. Breakfast was included and was a good selection and very nice.

I would arrange the water system so that water doesn't flow into the room while showering, and have a cleaner under the bed do a good job of dusting it off. More The advice is inappropriate, in my opinion. We read the list, check, register for breakfast. Those who have not purchased or paid for breakfast will not be able to access the free breakfast on the 22nd floor.;)

Everything was amazing. The room was spacious and clean. The food was mouthwateringly good, and the staff were very hospitable and friendly.

The coffee machine was not working in the room, even though the receptionist trying fixing it and even swapping it with a different one but something wasn’t adding up.

Amazing View, Very big rooms (35m2) and you can ask either for shower or bathtub during your check in. Very clean. Super comfortable beds and the most awesome breakfast one could have. Very upscale (business) neighbourhood and the Alter Opera and its nearby restaurants are really close to the hotel. The old city is also within walking distance, so location-wise this hotel is perfect. In general, staying there was a very positive experience -specially after a while traveling and staying in historical sites in Europe. It is an interesting way to experience Frankfurt because from your window you will see where the old meets the new, with many historical buildings amongst very modern high rise buildings.

Very modern and cold ambiance (Steel and Glass). The hotel starts on the 22nd floor of a business building so when you arrive you do not really know where to go and where is the hotel. If you arrive at night (which was our case), after a certain time the breakfast area becomes a bar with very loud music and people partying. If you enjoy partying you will love it - but if you are traveling with kids this can be a bit disturbing because whenever you arrive at front desk you will face this huge and very loud party going on. It is just weird.

The location was wonderful. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. If you're not afraid of height, stay on the 29th floor, the view from my room was breathtaking. I love everything about this hotel. The free minibar had all you can drink. I'm certainly going back again when next I'm in Frankfurt.

I am a returning customer. I like the big windows and the good location both in proximity to the main station and the city centre. Also, staff is very friendly and helpful.

It's a shame to see how the tooth of time is gnawing away at this hotel.

The best checkout ever! The invoice was ready and waiting, just a smile and bye-bye. Nice view from the room.

There was no parking available when we came because of limited availability even though it says that parking is available on booking.com.

The location was very good. The bed was comfortable. Easy to reach and well connected. Also the views were great. Big room & nice shower.

Sadly the bar is closed on Sundays. Also the room furniture looks old and some pieces may need to be repaired or changed. A bit pricey but I believe Frankfurt is an expensive city itself.
