Very close to the city center. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with cozy beds. There is a parking garage available, and guests can receive a discount at the reception. Drinking water is available throughout the day.

Breakfast is average.

We liked the closeness of the town center. The mall is right around the corner as is a store that's open until 11 pm, as well as all of the other services, including the U-bahn and S-bahn. The room was clean and neat. We liked the little kitchen with the refrigerator and the fact that all of the necessities for showering and washing hair were available. Oh, and the coffee machine was available in the lobby 24-7. The breakfast was tasty and there were plenty of different foods available. There was a sauna and fitness available aswell but we didn't go there. All in all, a pleasant experience. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Since there was an additional bed in the room, the A/C was blowing directly onto the added bed and the person on it. Since we weren't able to fully turn it off (it was still blowing after we turned the switch off), not even with the help of housekeeping, we had to improvise and stuff a towel into the duct opening each night. We removed it in the morning.

Check in - the hotel was able to provide me an early check-in, as I have arrived early morning, no additional charges, the room is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included in our order was excellent, with a lot of varies. Tea and coffee offered all day long for guests. Location is best! Very comfortable. Check out was also very comfortable, and the staff was ready to go out of their way to meet us and our needs. This hotel is highly recommended.

There was only one day that the cleaning staff skipped our room, and it was not made. however, we didn't urgently require this, so we did not notify the reception.

I booked this hotel for a birthday trip for my fiancé, and we had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcomed right away. The location is super convenient—just a few minutes' walk to Zeil, one of the largest shopping streets in Germany, which was a huge plus. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding a good meal was never a problem. We also appreciated the small shop right across the street where we could grab drinks and snacks. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we’d definitely come back!

I had terrace with city view, there were two chairs I would have loved a small table. There was construction going on across the street but that didin't bother us at all, I guess not everybody feels the same way.

The hotel was clean and the room was very comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfast was awesome as there was everything you could want in a buffet style breakfast. The location of the hotel is very central and you can walk to most of the important destinations in Frankfurt.

The Television in the room had a very blueish screen and we couldn't connect to the wifi connection to watch Netflix at night. It wasn't a huge issue and after I informed the front desk, they fixed the wifi connectivity of the TV but the blue screen continued. It wasn't an issue because we ended up not watching a movie, but it could have been a nice experience to cuddle up together with the kids and watch a movie at night.

Ice dispenser, water fountain and 24 hour coffee machine available. Our room had everything that we needed from fridge to dishwasher. Big bathroom and very comfortable bed. CLEAN 👍 Even a laundry room is available if required. Restaurants and bars available closely to the hotel itself.very nice location.

Breakfast area should be improved. In our case, the hotel was quite fully booked. We needed to wait 10 minutes to find a seat and be able to take our breakfast. Breakfast buffet also could be more generous, but nervertheless you’ll have all the basics requirements for quick breakfast.

great location, in the centre and a short walk from the train station and the shopping areas. clean, modern property. comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

We paid for Breakfast to be included. however on 2 of our 3 mornings there was a serious lack of food being supplied for the guests. This is due to a small area for displaying food and as a result the quantity of food is continuously emptying by the volume of guests quicker then it is replenished by the staff. I didn’t see any management presence in this hotel so it looks like the team have no direction at all. with one hour left before breakfast time ended on sat, there was no bread, eggs, meat, glasses, cutlery, it was a disaster.

Nice place to stay for a few days. Easy to walk to restaurants and other places. There’s a small kitchen so you can bring food back to the hotel which was nice. The breakfast area is fairly small and can get crowded at times. The staff was very friendly.

I booked a room with a sofa bed as I was sharing the room with another adult. Be forewarned that the sofa bed is low to the ground and if you are over 5 feet tall the length will not be long enough. The sofa bed is for a child only. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

Great location with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay!

We were disappointed by the cleaning noise at night from the eating area between 10:00 - 11:30 PM. After two nights of trying to figure out where the noise was coming from, it became clear that it was the cleaning staff (vacuuming and moving chairs around). The late-night disruptions made it difficult to sleep and fully enjoy our stay. And it was overpriced!
