Check in - the hotel was able to provide me an early check-in, as I have arrived early morning, no additional charges, the room is very spacious, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included in our order was excellent, with a lot of varies. Tea and coffee offered all day long for guests. Location is best! Very comfortable. Check out was also very comfortable, and the staff was ready to go out of their way to meet us and our needs. This hotel is highly recommended.

There was only one day that the cleaning staff skipped our room, and it was not made. however, we didn't urgently require this, so we did not notify the reception.

great location, in the centre and a short walk from the train station and the shopping areas. clean, modern property. comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

We paid for Breakfast to be included. however on 2 of our 3 mornings there was a serious lack of food being supplied for the guests. This is due to a small area for displaying food and as a result the quantity of food is continuously emptying by the volume of guests quicker then it is replenished by the staff. I didn’t see any management presence in this hotel so it looks like the team have no direction at all. with one hour left before breakfast time ended on sat, there was no bread, eggs, meat, glasses, cutlery, it was a disaster.

The location is unbeatable—close to everything. Despite that, the suite was very quiet. Though a bit small, the suite was nice and had a terrace. Also loved the sparkling water on tap for guests, plus the coffee and tea. The bed was very comfortable. We both have long hair and loved the shampoo and conditioner—it made our hair super sleek! Good attention from staff, especially front desk.

Booking said robes and slippers would be provided, but they weren't. It's not a huge issue, but I specifically checked so I wouldn't have to bring mine. It would be fantastic if guests were provided with moisturizer. Would have loved to see more vegan options at breakfast.

We arrived on Christmas day - greeted by chocolate father Christmas's at reception (yum). Great central location - in a quiet location far enough away from the chaos (at times) of the Zeil. Close to all transport options (quiet front street meant easy Uber connection). We had 2 x rooms for our visit. They were big enough to be a good retreat at the end of the day. Absolute highlight was the breakfast ✨️ Staff were also very friendly.

Location of the hotel was very good, Room sizes are big enough, breakfast was pretty good and also parking place to room direct elevator really useful!!

Only thing we were not happy with is the guy who knock the door at the day we have check out starting from 10 to 12 in every 20mins. Our baby was sleeping so that was pretty annoying however it was i guess his personal thoughtlessness...

Check in took longer time

The staff are amazing and the location, although it seems far from the tourist attractions, it isn't. It is actually very well located for the old town, shopping, sky view, opera, etc.

If you are planning to use any of the trains to reach your next destination (including first class on the ICE train) make sure you keep ALL your belongings by you or they will get stolen. There are no warning signs in the train station or on the train, because it is bad for business, but he truth is that both the places are full of low class thieves.

It’s close to the main attractions - walking distance to Romerberg and Frankfurt Cathedral (less than 10 mins). There’s a metro just across the street and a supermarket just across the street. Frankfurt tower is right in front of it. Everything is perfect, except there’s only 1 lift that caters the whole building, the waiting time can be super long during the peak period like christmas holidays for example.
