Excellently appointed rooms, absolutely superb gym facilities and a lovely pool. Friendly staff and right in the city centre.

Can’t fault the hotel, but the city of Frankfurt was disappointingly dirty.

the main restaurant was closed for dinner for unknown reason .the only place to eat was in the bar which is very small .could not be the only place to set and its capacity about 10 tables may be less and reception area is toooooooo small only few number of chairs scattered in different places maximum 2 person can set in each area in all cases it is a reception of JW Mariott.but the reception staff are more than excellent specially Carlo is very helpful and my special thnx to him .

Very polite and helpful staffs, beautiful rooms and great location Despite the issues I had I enjoyed the stay. But the construction is going on at the lobby so it would be better if you book it when they done with it

I’ve had issue with my room that the light in restroom turns off automatically so I called reception for help, but one of the staff in reception was lied to me that is a feature they have for ^safety^ and told me he double checked with his colleague. And the next day technician came to me and it’s something wrong with the light and they changed my room I haven’t had this kind of experience that the staff was lying to me to just get out of dealing with issue and it looked very unprofessional for me. They offered me complimentary breakfast for apologize but I had to wait 1 hour because they forgot my order

Amazing location, located in the center of the city near major shopping area. Rooms have been renovated and are super, bed is great , room service is very high quality, staff are super friendly.

Mini bar is empty and you need to actually request for it to be stocked, they charge a set price for the whole minibar so you can't choose what you want to pay for. A weird concept not suited for a hotel with such high standards. I would like to have a highly stocked minibar with a menu and flexibility to consume what I want.

I have stayed in many Marriott hotels, last years’ in NY was a disaster, but I believe in giving the benefit of the doubt, so I booked again in Frankfurt. So, this Marriott is a favourite, so far. Unfortunately, I spent more time than I had intended in my room, because I had the flu, so I could not go out. But my misfortune was short lived! I got my money’s worth in use, which I did not mind, because the room was clean, the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were fluffy, the tv had lots of choice, there was internet, room service was perfect ( apart from the pizza…I am very picky)…plus I got to go outside for just a little, believing that I felt better, and saw that the location was central and close to many shops and the various attractions. Breakfast at the Marriott is always amazing for choice and quality of ingredients. The staff were very helpful, from concierge, reception, housekeeping to restaurant staff, they were all polite and professional. My family and I decided, to join the New Years dinner, which had a perfect menu ( my daughter would not agree…she does not like fish, but what can we do!) and the music was a one man show with a festive repertoire, who had us dancing! We were a bit late in attending though, because in Greece we do not go out to dinner until after 8pm, so the chef & staff probably wanted to strangle us! Our apologies! And then let’s not forget the New Year’s Eve fireworks, since I could not go out, I enjoyed it from my window! Next time maybe I will get to enjoy the city too!

As the 31st was a Sunday, all the shops were closed, apart from some coffee shops in the mall area next door. I really did not want to mention this, but it just bothers me a little when I do not have the choice to pay for services in cash. Even though cards are a great convenience, they can be lost or stolen or eaten up by the bank machines and having some cash is a necessity when travelling. The Euro is still legal tender and as a business Marriott management has an obligation to accept currency, up to a certain legal amount according to each county guideline. We can philosophise on the subject, but the fact remains.

Exceptional property and couldn’t get anything better. This is my second time in 12 months exactly. The outstanding experience starts from the time the taxi stops till the time you take the taxi again. The staff are extremely helpful, courteous, and pleasant. The room service is outstanding. It just feels like home. Thank you so much.

Nothing at all.

It was better than I expected it to be , especially the helpfulness of the staff and the room facilities. The room was spacious, had great views , had buttons to control the curtains , a wireless phone charger and was some what luxurious. The buffet breakfast was very good. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was there wasn’t any food in the minibar only drinks. Apart from that I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect, from hotel aesthetics to staff behavior, professionalism and service. The view we got was stunning and probably the key point of our stay but we cannot overlook that the hotel keeps up with technology advancements. The night room service was top notch, both wine and food were above expectations given that it was late at night. We're going to visit again for sure!

As we stayed for only one night, there is nothing bad we could think of

Great location at the town center, easy to reach by train directly from the airport or main station within a few minutes. High rise building with an awesome view. My "Skyline Deluxe King Room" on the 15th floor had been freshly renovated and was quite large (about 7.5 x 6.5 m) with a very clever layout, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a coffee maker and a large bed with feather pillows. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and walked with me to the elevator to explain how to order the elevator with your room key.

There is free WLAN available, but you can buy "priority WLAN" for 10 € / day, which I haven't experienced in a hotel in 20 years. The breakfast is super expensive at 40 € (advanced booking) or 48 € (walk-in) per person. I found an artificial eye lash on the carpet which seems odd as I (55, male) am definitely not using any and if the maid had lost one, she must've noticed, right?

Hotel was in renovation during my stay, of course they did not mention it prior to my booking, only had a massage two days before arrival so no option to change my booking... Facility did not feel like 5 stars hotel, small breakfast with little options Hotel is too expensive for it's worth especially during renovation time.
