Staff was nice. Farzad and Ludmilla were very helpful. Farzad helped me carry my heavy suit cases to the front door and he was always friendly and warm. Ludmilla every morning cheered me up with her smile and helped me when I complained about the noisy AC.

I didn't like the fact that was given a room on the 7th floor while the lift stopped at the 5th floor despite the fact that I told them I was an elderly woman. I didn't very much like the fruit salad. It didn't feel fresh and there were no blueberries in it. The decoration was disappointing. I know about the tragic life of Michael Schumacher but do I want to see him in my room? I would rather have a Matisse or modern German painters' colourful paintings. There were far too many useless pillows while the real pillows were of very poor quality.

Clean, comfortable, lots of places in room for storage( well planned storage) . The best pillows EVER! The pillows were big squares that you could easily fold in half for the person who likes a high pillow or lay flat for the person who likes a flatter pillow. The snacks in the room were free and perfect! The man who serves breakfast is so helpful and friendly. My husband and I were both university athletes and liked all the sports themes in the hotel. So nice to have a fitness center and sauna in a boutique hotel. Great location for walking to restaurants, sight seeing , the River and shopping

I like this hotel, it was my 3rd stay here. Its location is great! Right behind the corner there’s a tram station to go to the Messe Frankfurt and an access to metro station is also there. To get to the city centre you can take a nice walk across the bridge with a great view of the skyscrapers on the opposite side of the river. Rooms are decorated very nice, beds are comfy and breakfasts are enjoyable.

Unfortunately sauna is working only at reception’ s opening hours which are not long, so if you come to the hotel after work you can’t use it.

Nice neighbourhood, away from but walking distance to the main tourist areas. Easily reachable on tram 16 from the main station. Shops and places to eat nearby. The room was a generous size with a comfy chair and stool as well as bed. Basic kitchen had what I needed. A generous collection of free snacks and drinks. The room at the back of the property was quiet (except for the night when there was a local party). Sports fans will enjoy the memorabilia.

Checking in digitally when staff are not there felt very impersonal. Rooms at the front may have some traffic noise.

The room was impeccably clean, stocked with free snacks and drinks. The hotel is located on a main street, but it was quiet inside. Right around the corner is the light rail 10 minutes away from the Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was very good, stocked with excellent bread, rolls, choices of meat, fish, and cheeses, as well as cereals and delicious fruit salad. Staff is super nice, and it is very clean.

I checked in at around 10pm, which meant using an automat outside the building. I didn't like to have to pay on the street. It didn't feel comfortable. Plus the automat had problems accepting my VISA credit card. Eventually it went through. I would have preferred staff inside to allow me to check in, at least until midnight. Right now, it is staffed only until 16:00, which I find too early. However, the payment eventually worked as well as the codes to the building and room.

We arrived after reception closed. However, the check-in process outside the hotel was very straightforward. The decor of the hotel was cool. The theme of the rooms was a brilliant idea. The rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. Absolutely, everything was available that we needed for our stay. There was bottled water, drinks, and some treats as well. Good selection at breakfast, fruit, cheese, meats, eggs, choice was available, boiled or scrambled eggs , and the coffee was good. Sauna and gym were available. This is a perfect hotel and is an ideal place to stay, and the location is close to everything.

Having to leave

Wow, this place is awesome. So happy we stayed here. The location is fantastic, so close to everything. The area around the hotel is lovely and offers a variety of eating options. The Old town is just across the river. The apartments are beautiful. Lots of space and beautifully laid out. We had a deluxe apartment. The free snacks were lovely to come back to each day and were much appreciated. Our apartment faced the road but with the windows closed you didn't hear anything. The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. We wanted to pack the apartment in our suitcase and take it with us for the rest of our holiday! You won't be disappointed staying here. I highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect

We loved the breakfast each day!!!! It was delicious. The location was great and close to the city centre. The themed rooms were amazing - nothing like Maradonna looking over you when you sleep. The room was quiet - no night club close!!!

The lack of effective air conditioning. The room was hot and sleeping was difficult with the heat. The hotel had put a small tower ac unit in the room but it was relatively ineffective. The room was also small but we knew that when we booked so no complaints there.

This is a lovely hotel in the perfect spot for exploring Frankfurt's Museum Mile on the River Main. It is easy walk to all of the museums (located about a block from the river, roughly in the center of the museum district), and it is surrounded by great restaurants and shops. There's great transport options nearby, but it's very walkable as well. Inside the rooms are well appointed, with lots of nice touches. Great shower, with both a shower wand and a rain shower head, nice kitchenette, cool sports themed rooms. The computerized entry system makes it easy to come when you need to check in, and the front desk was very flexible accommodating my needs. They stored my luggage during a morning meeting, which was fantastic. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and very welcome.

The only real drawback is that the tiny elevator can't be reached without ascending half a flight of stairs, and it's one of those elevators that only stops between flights (so you have more stairs, either up or down, when you exit). So it saves a little work, but prevents this place from being handicapped accessible.

The room was as depicted in the photos. Not too far to walk from the station, but there was a tram a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, which went directly to the station. The room was an adequate size for a short stay. Only a microwave and utensils, crockery etc. No other means of cooking. There was no air conditioning but there was a fan and even though it was hot, it did keep the temperature down. A supermarket was nearby. The reception staff were very welcoming and ready to assist with any queries. The breakfast was excellent, lot of choice to suit most tastes.

It was noisy at night as our room was on a main road and over a restaurant.
