The 2nd floor apartment we stayed in was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. The small balcony was great as it was very hot weather during our stay so we could safely sleep with the balcony door open. It is a short walk to the river and the local area is lovely with plenty of nice cafes and restaurants within close proximity. The city of Frankfurt was very nice. There is no parking with the property but we were fortunate that a neighbor allowed us to park our car in their empty space. There is on street parking but it is restricted so when I return I would park in a local secure 24 hour parking which from memory is around €20 per 24 hours. The lady on reception was very pleasant and helpful and communication was good.

The place was beautiful and so clean. The windows in the living space were spectacular. The location was amazing and very walkable. Quiet street, close to grocery and many many food places. Subway is a block away and walkable to the main train station. We visited museums and walked along the water. Hotel accommodated an early check-in

We would have liked air conditioning in the bedrooms and thought there would be, which was a little bit of a bummer but we luckily had incredible weather and leaving all the windows and doors open helped cool down the downstairs bedrooms.

The apartments were modern, well designed and comfortable, with a small but well equipped kitchenette compact bathroom and comfortable bed. The location is excellent. The apartment is near the Schweizer Strasse where there's a supermarket, several bakeries, shops, cafes and restaurants. It's close to public transport, and just a short walk to the alt stadt and the apfelwein district. Laura on reception was lovely and helpful!!

Very large and comfortable modern room. Lots of windows and light. Comfy chair for lounging as well as a table with chairs. I didn't really explore the kitchen - but it seemed well equipped. Very pretty and well-located part of Frankfurt. Friendly and welcoming staff. Direct tram to the messe.

The wifi was having some problems - but I'm sure it will be sorted out. I was surprised that no one came to clean the room.. but it was fine (just it might help to give a little explanation at the time of check-in).

I was travelling for work to attend Ambiente show ,arrived early before 0900am there was no access at that time I messaged the hotel and quickly M/S Ute answered and said she was on her way and would check me in ,I had a coffee around the corner and within 45 mins she contacted me to come and check in Excellant. The location via tram 16 to the show and back perfect Very near medium sized supermarket Very quiet Exceptionally clean and secure Great WiFi Friendly reception M/S Ute very helpful anything I asked . Great kitchen

Only CNN in English not an issue because good WiFi It was nice and warm (it's January) in the room good heating ,but in the summer with no AC could be an issue ?? The bed and linen clean and new but the bed firm for me .

Location of the facility is very nice. Design of the room and furnishings make you feel at home from the first moment. Very very quiet and comfortable. There are two large rooms connected to each other. Kitchen has a dishwasher, kettle, bread warmer, microwave, sink, plates, glasses, pots and spoons and forks. Everythink is nice. We definitely recommend it.

This is my third stay at Studiohouse. Not only is it in the perfect location for exploring Frankfurt, it’s very clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Super close to the metro and shopping in less touristy Sachsenhausen. Live like a local during your stay at Studiohouse.

Nothing - great apartment in a great location.

We spent a week in June and found everything perfect for our needs. Exceptionally clean; our room overlooked the street and we also had a tiny (most welcome) balcony at the back. The staff were very helpful and always available. It is a short tram ride to the central railway station. Also the local train service will get you into the centre of town in minutes. It is 2 minutes walk to the local shopping street; very handy, lots of lovely cafes and coffee shops, big supermarket also. A lovely opportunity to spend time with locals rather than tourists. We will stay here again on our next visit to Frankfurt.

The apartment was very close to the city center (20 minutes on foot, 2 stops by subway) and in a very decent location. There are markets, cafes, and shopping malls within walking distance. The room is large enough, it heats up well. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment for cooking.

I don't have any negative comments.
