Great value for a very low price. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with a beautifully designed bathroom. Staff very welcoming and friendly. With a bit of patience free parking in the adjoining streets.

If you walk to Sachsenhausen and other sightseeing points, the first 5-10 minutes are quite unattractive to walk, especially in the dark.

Good location, good breakfast, comfortabel room, close to restaurants and public transport to city centre (although you can just as well walk).

- Parking-garage is only for small cars, narrow entrance, and parking on the street (free) not always easy to find a spot nearby, or to find a spot that also feels safe. Colosseo-parking at 7 min walk (€12,- for 24 hours) could be an alternative. - Rooms somewhat noisy, especially when your neighbours are loud talkers. But putting on the AC can solve that partly.

It’s not far away from metro station, and it’s about 30 minutes walking distance to downtown old city, you can take S-bahn (S1, S2,S9). The hotel is clean, with a safe location. There is a big shopping store LIdl you may find whatever you like with a good price. There is also a mosque near by about 20 minutes walk, halal restaurants not far away also , I wish there will be more spacious rooms for families. The hotel is good for business man, quick travelers, tourists, and may be new couples. I will come back again inchalah.

Breakfast hour needs to be 6:00 am instead of 7:00 am ? as the worldwide standard. Though the breakfast is very good, the hotel staff are very proactive and polite. I can’t complain about anything else.

The room was spacious, clean, and bright with a nice view. Value for money. There was good number of sockets in the room, next to the bed and in the bathroom, near the mirror. Room is cleaned every day, and the towels are changed. Great location! 15 mins from the city centre and safe even in night. Lidl and Train station is across the road. Breakfast was well served. The staff keeps refilling the food as it finishes and keeps the table clean throughout the meal time. Appreciate their service. Thank you!

Room is very spacious, shower is great, beds are comfortable. Lidl is a minute away if you need anything, and a tram station is also nearby with the S Bahn about 10 minutes away, easy to reach any place in Frankfurt.

The breakfast is a little limited but still very tasty. Not sure if we did it wrong but AC in the room turned off every two hours or so. Pillows are these weird square ones that I don't enjoy but they were ok. Location is not the prettiest to look at but it's not awful

Safe location, clean, friendly staff, I loved the breakfast, upgrade to my room, easy to extend, quiete. And for me as a German I loved it that all was very good organised and they really made the room perfect with usb plug, hooks to hang things, very think cover for the window, a lot of light switches, waterproof plugs in the bathroom, bis songs for the door number, … Amazing. If I build a hotel I would copy this one.

They could fix the skirting board in 359 and paint a little bit the white areas in the bathroom into grey. Also the shower gel box is not working, if you press it. Always need to open the box to squeeze from inside. Maybe putting two free bottles of Wellcome water in the fridge.

We went to the Euros 24, it was a brilliant location, 20mins walk to the center of the town. We loved the walks and the atmosphere. We rented bikes too. Frankfurt it's a beautiful and lively city, we loved exploring from this location. Train stop is literally 4mins away! So handy for explorations. We checked in early and staff was very accommodating, thank you so much ❤️. Lidl is just across the stree, that's a brilliant bonus!

It wasn't that clean (just ok) and the soap dispenser didn't work. We didn't have tea/ coffee in the room and breakfast was only until 10am. We were very tired from the previous day travels, a longer breakfast could have been better.

When I asked for a change of room after first night, the staff helped me with it.

First night, I arrived late and I got a room in the separate building at the back, which was renovated but old and very different from pictures. I didn't feel safe as the windown to the courtyard was very accessible from the courtyard. I didn't know if it was the only available room at the time of check-in, but if I had known there was such an option, I wouldn't have chosen to stay there. Showing only good options was a little deceptive.

Safe, calm, staffs were supportive and did their best to meet the requests. Location of the hotel with 2 minutes walking to the train Mulbeg station - easy access from the airport or from the main train station to the hotel. The room was clean and met my expectations. Rich and good breakfast.

I was expecting to have a bottle of water even a small one to be in the room since the hotel is 4****. I would recommend this one to be considered.

This is a four-star hotel in Frankfurt and I had a generally comfortable experience. The room was well-lit, and there were plenty of towels provided, which was appreciated.

I was surprised to find that certain amenities were missing, considering the hotel’s rating. There was no kettle in the room, and no tea bags or coffee provided, which made it difficult to enjoy a warm drink in the comfort of my room. Additionally, the absence of slippers and a toothbrush was disappointing, as these are typically standard in a hotel of this caliber.
