Hotel was new and clean

Lack of phone connection. Had problems setting the heating and had to walk dow down 5 floors to ask help. Eventually I switched off the a/c. Receptionists were all young and inexperienced so as to guide guest to the city with while I got stranded for 30’ waiting for a taxi they called which never came. Maybe a mix of more experienced receptionist with young affordable for the hotel employees would be better.

The price of the underground parking but you can as well park just outside the hotel for free

Shower and bed were really good, towels that were provided were soft and really nice quality. Bedding was also very comfy all be it maybe a bit too warm. Easy to acvess the tv for chrome casting and there was plenty of desk space to organize electronics and rechargables Staff was also amazing and really helpful! Always a big plus there

not the best sound insulation, woke up a couple of times due to noises from outside and I could hear everytime aomeone went in and out from the room next to me, or were walking in the hallway, I mean its fair for the ammount paid, but I couldve done without hearing everytime someone was drunk outside even though my window was closed. But no noise between rooms at least, just the ones from the hallway and from the outside

The hotel is nice, with beautiful views on the Frankfurt skylight on one side. Good breakfast. Very nice and professional staff. Nice design. Comfortable parking below (too expensive). Very convenient location with easy access to the city centre.

Very expensive parking, therefore, almost nobody parks there (around 15-20€ would be more acceptable). There were no body balm or paper tissues available in the room, which for 4* hotel was a little bit surprising. As there is no real wardrobe or shelves in the room, there was not enough space to keep clothes for 3 people in a standard family 3 room for a weekend stay.

Fabulous hotel, thoroughly enjoyed my stay! My room was very well designed, clean and had a great view of the river. I felt very safe and well cared for in this hotel, which was important to me since I was travelling alone. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and I had access to the lounge area, which had free snacks and drinks, a real bonus! The staff were pleasant, efficient and full of useful information. The area was great, within easy walking distance to public transport and the Old town along a lovely river. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or another Scandi hotel!

This hotel is at the top of my list for future stays in Frankfurt. Wonderful location and views of the city. My room was excellent and had a stunning view of the European Central Bank and Hafenpark. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to assist me on several occasions.As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable. I cannot speak to the breakfast as I chose to make other arrangements. There are great options within about a 10 minute walk such as bakeries, grocery stores, etc. There is a small refrigerator in the room to store a few items. With the U-Bahn, your are also only a few stops away from the city center. I highly recommend!

The hotel appeared new, the rooms were modern and very clean with an excellent shower. The breakfast was very good. The location was quiet but within walking distance of the main East station/U-bahn.

Despite booking the room just the night before we were not informed that the hotel had a conference at the time of our stay and so the restaurant was not available - this is totally unacceptable!... When you rent an apartment you are not told when you arrive that you cannot use the kitchen!!!! Of course this did not affect the price of our stay. When I asked the reception staff they agreed that this was not right... but then did nothing. Also the staff in general were not really friendly.. I had a broken arm at the time of our stay and even though clearly injured I still had to move out of their way when walking around the breakfast area, they really were not considerate when marching around!

little noisy from the railway all the time. the carpet on the aisle is way too thick it’s super difficult to drag heavy luggages. the room door was ridiculously heavy and there’s no stopper, it was so tiring to open it and hold it by myself. it would be nicer if they have face tissue in the room. i asked one more complimentary water on the second day as i stayed 4 days. the reception staffs said no it’s only one bottle for a stay (which sounds nonsense to me) but the house keeper gave one more anyway. 🤷🏼‍♂️ not very close to major sightseeing spots.

Hotel was easy to locate from the airport. Its a new hotel in a complex that is still under development. Although there is still construction on the next phase of development all around the hotel, the noise was at a very minimum and there was no issue at all. The gym at the hotel is excellent for a hotel gym. The breakfast is truly amazing and I would recommend staying at the hotel just for he breakfast buffet haha. The hotel was a short walk along the river to several nice tourist attractions so it was easy to explore the city by walking. Parking at the hotel is available for 30 euro a night.

The room was clean and quiet. The bathroom was quite spacious, and the shower was really good.

I didn't like the parking. When I made my booking, I searched for properties that offered free parking, which this property allegedly offered on the booking website. However, when I arrived, they told me it was not free and that it was 2 euros per hour, which cost me 34 euros in total! Also, although all of the staff were nice, one of them was not really nice, and when I told them about offering free parking, he told me if you are not happy with the price, you can find a free spot in the city! (it was new year eve and parking in the city is not very safe as there are many fireworks)
