Clean, nice design.

85% of the staff from reception should be changed or put in trainings to learn how to behave. Small rooms. Got blocked 5 min in the elevator because it was under repair and they didnt put a sign not to use it. Saturday afternoon around 6pm discussed with a guy from reception about the possibility for late check out the next day (free of charge, or how much would it cost), he said that is ok to check out at 3pm and wrote it on a small white paper. Next morning i was kicked out of the room and the girl from reception who i guess never smiled in her life, said she doesnt have any note. I should have asked her to check the video surveillance from the day before. Da They say the bar is open non stop, but that is a lie.

Exactly what one might expect from Motel One chain - solid accommodation, simple reliable service. Not hotel's fault - but area is bit boring, no much going on. Not the best for typical tourism/sightseeing. Connection to center is not that quick as one might imagine, especially if tram has disruptions.

Breakfast is too basic - from warm food only boiled eggs, recent is basically musli, sandwiches and pastries.

Room was perfect for a night stopover. Small but neat and comfortable. Bed was great. Location was good. Near the city. Parking underground was good and neat but little congested.

The Electric charger for the car was a hit and a miss. Tried lot of times to get it to start charging but it just wouldn't, paid the hotel for their charging card but that didn't work either. Staff just didn't seem bothered and just refunded the money. While my multiple attempts charger finally worked but the next morning couldn't disconnect the cable. The staff in the morning was helpful luckily, came down to the parking and helped reset the charger. Selected the hotel for the charger so was disappointed there.

All our needs were catered for. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, great breakfast. Helpful staff. Good bar. Near the zoo and the riverfront and lots of good eateries and supermarkets.

Only thing that would have improved our stay would be to provide some refreshments such as bottled water or tea/coffee maker in the rooms. Slightly noisy road if windows are open, but didn’t detract from our enjoyment of our stay.

This was my third time in Motel One (first in Frankfurt) so I knew what to expect and it met my expectations again. The hotel didn't seemed overbooked so it was very quiet, which was nice. I must mention the bed and all the pillows that were provided, one of the comfiest out there! Had an excellent sleep! The location is also great, a 10 to 15 minutes tram ride to the city center and the tram stop is right in front of the hotel entrance.

The room was very spacious the bathroom was clean and good facilities the bed was very large and comfy and we had abundance of pillows

No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and we only had one large towel I ask for another towel and they gave me two more hand ones also the bar tender was rude because he had a few people in we were at the front which was a noisy main road

Modern, clean, good breakfast, lifts working, there is a small car park with 1 hour complimentary so that our friends could park there for a short visit.

The hotel is located in a quieter side of town which had few eateries especially on a Sunday. But there is a tram station right in front so you can take a tram into the busier centre.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs, the room was modern and clean, as well as the bathroom. There was daily housekeeping and there were shops nearby (like Lidl or Aldi 10 mins away), you could reach the city center by foot in 30-40 minutes. Everything exceeded our expectations and we had a very pleasant stay. The ambient light and mattress were very nice, as well as the black-out curtains.

The only minor inconvenience was that the TV was smart but we couldn’t access the smart features (such as YouTube, Netflix), but it wasn’t that problematic because we were there to visit the city not necessarily watch TV.

Location is good, Line11 is directly in front of Hotel, 10mins walk to the main river; room is clean and I like the bed most, its not too soft, very confortable. In general is worth the money for the stay.

The breakfast can be improved to worth the value; the staff is friendly but may gave different answers between different people.

Great hotel for a 1-2 night stay, location is not too far from the airport, some nice restaurants and cafes in close proximity. Very clean room with everything you need. Excellent free!! WiFi.
