In all the details and nuances of the hotel you can feel that the management is making good efforts. The overall impression of the hotel is great. I really liked the presence of underground parking with an exit to the hotel lobby. Breakfast - great in variety, especially pleased with the machine for making mini-pancakes. The staff is great. Special thanks to the maid!

There are small nuances that leave "room for growth and development" for hotel management: 1) Because of the extravagant layout of the room, if someone turns on the light in the shower (which is located in the center of the hallway), the light hits the eyes of the person lying in bed. Blinds are needed. 2) the toilet needs a latch (so that you can close the toilet door) 3) The door opening by card does not work in the parking lot (I inserted cards, but the system did not respond). You have to press a button and disturb the reception. In principle, it is a small thing, but psychologically it is inconvenient to disturb someone, especially since I have been there 5-6 times.

Our room was bright, spacious and exceptionally clean. Big comfortable bed, fantastic power shower and plenty of space for our belongings. The mini bar with the complimentary selection of local soft drinks, beers and water was a lovely touch. There was a steamer in the wardrobe which was very handy and robes & slippers were also provided. The reception staff were lovely - really welcoming and friendly. Check out time was 12 noon however we asked if we could leave our room at 1pm as our flight home wasn’t until later in the afternoon and reception were more than happy to arrange this for us. We had breakfast included in our booking - this was quite a basic offering in the restaurant but tasty enough. I would certainly stay here again and definitely recommend.

Good location - close to Ostbahnhof but quiet street, shop (REWE) around the corner. Some nice restaurants nearby. Parking is expensive but under the hotel.and easy to get to. Soft drinks in the room were complimentary and replenished every day. Rarity these days. Staff very helpful and friendly. We had reserved two rooms for us and they put us to twin room so we could interact directly Breakfast is good - everything is of a good standard.

AC in one the room was only on cold, (night was still cold) we had to turn it off, the other room was fine.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the property itself is clean and beautifully designed. During my first stay, there was an issue with my booking at check-in, as the reservation could not be found initially. The staff quickly registered me under new conditions, but later confirmed that my original booking was indeed in the system. It was an error on their end, which they promptly corrected. I want to thank the entire hotel staff for maintaining such a high level of service, especially the reception team. They were patient, understanding, and resolved the issue with professionalism, all while keeping a positive attitude and a smile—something that is becoming rare in many service industries nowadays. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, and I look forward to staying here again!

Room was slightly dirty with a woman's lipstick and toothpaste on small mirror. on arrival. I saw a previous comment about the towels being very old and worn in the rooms. Agree with this. But the towels in the sauna were lovely and soft. I was solo women travelling. I was cautious using the Public transport in Frankfurt - people around the area look a little rough, graffiti, drinking on Public transport. I took a bus and train from the airport 45 minutes. The hotel itself is very lovely and comfortable. I did enjoy my stay.

The staff treated me horribly…so arrogant. I will never return there. Strange why receptionists think it’s ok to treat their guests badly for no reason at all

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I especially enjoyed the sauna and the gym, which added a nice touch to my stay. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the U-Bahn and within easy reach of the city center, making it perfect for exploring the area. The food was also great, with a good variety of delicious options for breakfast. We had halfboard so we enjoy every evening 3 course dinner which was always tasty and fantastic. You could choose from 3 options for maincourse. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I booked this hotel for proximity to Messe and for that it was great. It was easy to get around and much more central than I expected for being near "Ostbahnhof".

Overall I found the hotel somewhat sterile and not particularly inviting. My room was fine but again, the minimalist design and color scheme felt more cold than elegant. Unfortunately, the sheets on my bed had to be changed and I didn't find the bed comfortable to sleep. I've stayed in other Melia hotels hence why I booked this one but, after this stay I may rethink whether I want to stay in INNSIDE hotels again in the future. You can find comparable accommodations for significantly less money. I don't find it good value for money.
