Friendly staff and nice drinks

AC off and only option was to open the windows and was too noise outside

Breakfast is advertised to the guests as from 7-10:00am. I went for breakfast at 9:40am and there were no eggs left so politely asked if I could have some eggs. The chap managing breakfast made me feel a bit bad for asking but said ok I will make some, how would you like them. Then asked his colleague to make some. Several people then ate the eggs. If it’s too late or Inconvenient, then just change the time you advertise to the guests to 7:00-09:30am maybe?

This hotel was a big surprise. It was quite central, well equipped, but also had a very good price, in comparison to others, and they even gave us a room upgrade to a slightly larger one. What was very surprising though is their marketing strategies, which works out super well for the visitors. The contents of the mini-fridge were free, you could use a Freitag bag during your stay. They even had a music speaker in the room.

There was no parking - street parking possible just for the night and some parking lots around, which were not cheap. The checkout was a bit slow, but I guess was not due to staff but visitors.

Excellent and unique decor, spacious room with enough space to keep suitcases and a roomy wardrobe, table, chairs and a sofa! It really took away our hotel fatigue after staying in 8 different hotels across Europe. There are enough publications to browse through in the room and the toilet! Very creative decor and the most amazing natural lotion, soap and shampoo which you can also buy if you wish

The breakfast was very expensive

Nice comfy bed.the wifi was stable and I loved the free mini bar and fridge in room..shower was excellent..great water pressure and hot water daily. The staff was also great..efficient and very accommodating. The hotel was good value for the money

My only complaint would be the room lighting...it really was a bit dark in the bedroom area.. especially at night. Otherwise all was well

Great location, easily accessible via No 11 tram (streetcar). Friendly staff, lots of choices at breakfast, including cooked eggs. Shower was modern and good, toilet was separate. Free mini-bar

Interestingly the mini bar in the room was free, but there was no tea or coffee provided. Being an early riser I had to disturb the night staff for coffees in the morning. Mattress was a bit too soft for me.

Very comfortable bed. Floor heating in the bathroom. Free newspapers in the breakfast area. Good coffee machine in the hotel (La Marzocco).

Not as good as other 25 Hours Hotels in terms of features and facilities. I felt a bit unwelcome when I arrived, like I was annoying the staff member just by being there, perhaps I’m paranoid but it wasn’t as warm of a welcome as I usually get at a 25 hours hotel.

I loved this place! I was sorry I was only staying for one night. The hotel has a great vibe, very creative with lots of art. Everything in the minifridge was free (a nice perk!) and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Next time I stay in Frankfurt, I know where I'll stay.

Amazing place. It really worths getting the Large room, the medium room lack of some tiny details Free mini bar :) It was a bit dark but not a problem for me Next to tram stop which was useful to get around the city Really nice staff

I would love a microwave oven in the ground floor cafe

From the welcome to the rooms and the design are outranged, good comfortable rooms, spacious and well designed, all you have in the minibar is for free, coffee service set prefect. Bar is working excellent in the evening, warm décor and friendly staff, Breakfast in the same area as the bar, is large and various, here the service was great, quick, and excellent. The Italian restaurant has a large menu, tasty and large rations are served. In general, a great hotel near to Ostbahnhof and with good Tram connections.
