The hotel is conveniently located near the airport—about a 20-minute drive. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and having its own parking is a big plus. The room is small, but the bed is large and comfortable, and the breakfast is good.

The staff is friendly, but the service was very slow, possibly due to a poor computer system: check-in took about 15 minutes, another 15 minutes were spent processing documents, and they asked me to come back in the morning for the invoice. In the morning, when I asked for the invoice again, they first offered to send it via email, but eventually issued it on the spot in about 10 minutes. Overall, the impression is positive, especially considering the location and amenities.

It was convenient for our purpose. It has an excellent breakfast selection available for $14 per person per day.

Room and bathroom are very small, bed squishy soft, very dusty on the baseboard at the bed , loud parties across the veranda from a different company, does not include parking - $23 per day is too expensive.

I really enjoyed the interior design of the hotel and the work space on the ground floor. The room was very quiet and the cleaning services were exceptional.

Staff's attitude. Some of the staff working in the reception desk had a very ironic attitude and they were not helpful at all. We stayed there for two weeks, and they would not even greet us back while leaving the hotel premises although they were looking at us. I have never seen anyone working at a reception desk not greeting back hotel guests.

Very cool vibe of the hotel. Lots of places to hang out downstairs. Room was nice and clean. Ideal ironing room on every floor. Reception staff need a change of attitude and to smile a little. Cool location away from the immediate city centre and generally calmer area. Nice supermarket located 3 minutes away. Tram is 2 minute walk away that can take you into city centre with 15 minutes. New ECB is not far from the hotel and riverside walkway just behind the hotel - ideal for run or cycle along to the park.

I arrived early and asked if my room was ready and was told “we don’t do early check in”. Very rude and odd behaviour considering almost all hotels (most especially chains!) will give you the room if it’s ready. Moreover, I have Marriott Titanium Elite status and am entitled to an early check in if available. The lady at reception did not even ask or think to consider that there may be a reason behind my question. Not a very nice welcome to the hotel.

Cozy, small room with a view of the courtyard. Room temp was easy to control. Shower water heat and pressure was fantastic.

The shower door opens inward in such a way that, in order to get inside and close the door, you have to wedge yourself into the corner and scrape the door past your body. That was inconvenient and will be an accessibility issue for some, but it's also my only complaint. Don't expect to do any office work in your room; the desk is too small. But the downstairs lobby usually has ample space.

Everything and everyone was super nice. I loved the theme, decoration, the vibe and I also appreciate the fact that had CastTV in a country that has a voice over for every single TV show. Around the Hotel there are plenty of gyms and great restaurants, good access to the center by public transport and felt very safe walking around at night.

The hotel has a great design and is suitable both for private and business travel. The room is big enough and the shower had great water pressure :D

The matress is pretty soft and the pillows are very small. Also, if you do not have breakfast included, it can take a long time to get a coffee at the bar. I had issues paying with multiple foreign cards.

1. due to safety of guests, impossibility to fully open the windows; if you want to have lower room temperature in the night you must turn on the air condition instead and you risk to get cold & neck ache. 2. no curtain in the bathroom separating the shower, only a small corner; the shower head sprays water everywhere, so after showering, the entire bathroom floor is covered by puddle of water 3. the breakfast could be a bit more diversified.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, lovely bar area for chilling out. Good location with the no.11 tram just outside.

Rooms are basic. There is nowhere to unpack a suitcase - no wardrobe, limited hanging space on the walls, no water, kettle or other refreshments in the room. The room was clean and bathroom modern but the mattress was overly soft - felt like a million people had slept on it previously which is not something that you want for a good night's sleep 🙁

room - I use Moxy often and always enjoy my stay. breakfast - I find the price a bit steep considering one person cannot eat and drink coffee worth €20 Location - I always use the public transport when I stay at Moxy. It's perfect.
