The hotel was large, lovely and clean. In my search for a hotel, I requested a place in Old Town Frankfurt. Unfortunately, I didn’t look at the location well enough when I booked and this was quite a distance away and is actually in another city! Next time I will be more careful when booking. It took us about 15 minutes to walk to the train station from the hotel and then about 15-20 Minutes on the train

The rooms were fantastic ,like a suites. Also, the breakfast was varied and copious.

It was extremely cold in the room ,the maximum temperature during winter in thr rooms are 22 degree. But the staff brought an electrical heat ,which helped a bit. The location of the hotel was a bit far away from the city center ,and nothing was around the Hotel actually.

Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms were beautifully furnished and well-equipped, providing a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. The breakfast was rich and plentiful, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, a highly recommended place for a delightful stay.

The room was fantastic, big clean and with big windows. The bed was really king size, the bathroom was clean and equipped with everything you need to take shower

The view from the window is faced to the production area. The parking is too much expensive. My friends came to visit me for one hour and had to pay 20 EUR.

I am a woman traveling alone. The parking garage was close by and brightly lit. I was always able to get parking on the entry level near the door. I never felt afraid there. The staff was amazing and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, whether it was the registration desk, cleaning staff or restaurant staff. My dinner in the on site restaurant was the best meal I had in Germany during my seven day trip to Germany. That included my stay in Berlin as well as Offenbach.

The refrigerator in my room did not work, even after I reported it as broken. Other than that my stay was above all my expectations. I felt pampered and spoiled. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Excellent visit to Offenbach.

Allowed early checkin & late checkout at no cost. Reception helpful & efficient. Quite close to the train station & right on the river. Views of the city.

Breakfast was expensive, also asked for a hard boiled egg, but it was very soft. Only had 1 breakfast there.

It was really nice, kind staff. Room was spacious and the view was amazing too. Really enjoyed our stay there.

The hotel itself scores high on everything, very clean, good size rooms provided with all essentials (even iron and ironing table), safe , super quiet and very helpful polite staff.

The location not that great, far from the city centre and there is a good walking distance from the metro . Not much around in matters of shops and other services.

A decent hotel to stay. if you are looking for a quiet place, then it is the Hotel. good service provided by the staff. I am taking this opportunity to thank the front desk supervisor, Mr.Maruf Aref, who has taken all efforts to contact me to hand over the my wallet which I lost in the hotel room. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was even more spacious than expected and the be was really comfortable (and huge). The interior of the room was very nice and inviting. The location was a bit far from the city center, but very easy to reach by car or public transport

Unfortunetly, when we got to our room, there was only one set of towels present. After we informed the reception they brought us a second set. But the next day, after the cleaning service went through the room, again, only one set of towels was there. A minor inconvenience to an otherwise very pleasant stay
