This was our second time at this location so bus and walking transport was familiar. I asked the right question about getting food in the late afternoon. The "shopping center" was a shopping center so I could finalize shopping for a light meal and other items to get us home. Enjoyed passing by the couple of grape bushes on our way to the bus stop.

Breakfast was not available and too far for us to walk to nearest hotel restaurant. We did have a little bit of food left from evening meal to tide us over until we reached the airport. A residential and semi industrial district was different from the usual city center environment for our usual touring trips. A bit lonely feeling in the morning.

the hotel is efficiently run for everything you need for a short stay to get to the airport. The room was clean and decent size. You couldn't ask for more for the price.

The outside areas of the building have a neighborly residential vibes to it. Probably coz there are long term residents staying there too as I saw kids bikes stacked near the entry and people hanging around. Not a thing for me but just felt odd. And it's still a 15 min drive to the airport so not super close but fairly close to the airport.

The morning receptionist's hospitality was outstanding. The other staff misunderstood me when I asked to arrange a taxi to the airport when I checked in, and it didn't come on time on the next day. Once she realized the mistake, she immediately arranged a taxi for me and I could be in the airport on time! :D And the room was super clean.

It would be great if the taxi trouble didn't happen, but eventually there was no problem so that's ok. :)

The hotel location is excellent. It is very close to the shopping center where you can find Rewe, restaurants, etc. The room is clean and the front desk is so friendly. It takes only 15 minutes to go to Frankfurt airport. For sure, I will stay in this hotel next time.

The room does not have an air conditioner. We have a room on the roof floor. It is a bit hot in the evening. But with opening windows and fans provided in the room, it is ok to fall asleep. There is no table for computer work as the room is small. With the price I paid, I would not complaint about it too much.

The staff is very nice.

The problem is that breakfast is in another location, which is a problem It was a good stay for one night because the hotel was close to the airport and everything was good except that breakfast was in another location and due to the cold I did not go or eat breakfast.

1. Close to the airport. By bus could reach the airport within 30 minutes. 2. Free inside parking space and you could park it for a long time: I left my car here for 20+ days for a cheap price. 3. The room was large and quiet, but within walking distance there were many stores to buy food.

1. Nothing special to dislike. Maybe the desk was a little too narrow. But it was not a big deal.

The staff was very friendly. The location is good, somewhat close to the airport (about 25 minutes with the bus), but not in proximity to busy traffic, making it relatively quiet. The room was very clean, with a very nice bathroom, much better than one would expect for the price, it looks like it was recently renovated.

TV could have been newer.

Was tucked away from the main thoroughfare, but only a 5-10 minute walk to shops etc, 20 min walk to train station or catch 67 bus

Everything. The most friendly, efficient, helpful and understanding staff, the huge, clean, comfortable and airy rooms, the safe location, wonderful taxi service they provide, most helpful Manager, this is a perfect place to stay to relax or go to the airport quickly for a flight. Bus number 67 takes you to the Terminal 1 and back. The bus stop is only a 3 - 4 minute walk from the hotel. There was everything provided in the room. Portable table fan, a small heater in addition to heating in the room (didn't require that because it was 28 degrees even at night in the middle of September 2022), an electric kettle with tea and coffee provided. The free WiFi was great. The ladies at the reception are so patient and efficient. They explain to you where you could get some food to eat, do some shopping without having to go to Frankfurt city, the bus time tables. They know the needs of the guests and give correct information patiently. I really felt very comfortable in this hotel.

Everything was fine. The TV channels had some signal disturbances. But that was not very important.

I like the girl at reception, helped me to open the room on blocked access. Direct bus facility from terminal 1 with less than 4 euro charge Early checkin available at extra cost.

Location is just behind the airport but difficult to find any restaurant, many of restaurants closed on Sunday.
