Very spacious and clean room with balcony. fast internet. bottle water and coffee cups on officedesk, delicious breakfast with fresh fruit was a big bonus. kids liked breakfast. We stayed a night on way to ski holiday in Austria. Although in industrial area (amazon/aldi) it felt safe. no parking places on street so parked at hotel for 10 eur. gas station Aral closeby.

we booked the same day, we received a qr code that was not working. so we could not registerer name address passport before we arrived late 22pm. Fortunately no problem at hotel, some friendly employees helps us register at counter.

LOcation, value for money, modern, spacious, clean, well designed, reception staff on hand to help with computer self check in (did not get second card which would be a challenge too far if he was not there)

On departure, I have received an email about local tax that came into force 2 days earlier (given I have checked in 1 day into the new local tax time and NOBODY NOTIFIED ME, I was shocked that this is happening. Claiming to charge me on the day of check out? Excuse me, but how many reminders, notifications and variety of messages have I received leading up to my check in. This was unexpected, unwelcomed, unprofessional

Great place for an overnight stop or before catching a plane at Frankfurt airport. Big roomy building with lots of space for lounge, cafetaria and bar. The hotelrooms were also very spacy, you could open the window (it was a hot day) and the amenities were good. The bathroom had a great shower but it was over the bath which is always more difficult to get in and out. The breakfast was amazing, nicely laid out and more than enough choice; the staff kept filling up all items and there was plenty of space to sit for a relaxed breakfast.

The Self-checkin system didn't work for us. After umpteen tries we went to look for some staff to help us (there's a cocktail table counter where someone was working on a computer but which was the alternative place to check in and out. Only later we found that on our arrival day at 3PM the hotel has sent us instructions by email on how to get in and what booking number to use etc. Unfortunately, we had been driving for 600 km most of the day without ever stopping and using the email. Maybe it would be handy to send it out a day in advance.

This is an interesting modern hotel with big comfortable rooms, in a quiet location, and serving a good breakfast buffet. The prices were excellent too. And the staff were all (that I met) really friendly, very helpful and English speakers. There's only a limited pizza restaurant in the evenings (good pizzas but don't want pizza every night) so we made use of the very friendly Monkey Bar and Diner on the other side of the road.

There re some interesting design decisions though - no telephones in the rooms (everyone uses mobiles these days I guess), no extractor fans in the bathroom and no air conditioning (some of the common areas were very warm). And there's noting much around the diner in terms of bars or restaurants (other than the Monkey Diner already mentioned) as its largely a commercial/industrial area. You need a car as the nearest train station is 20 mins walk away.

We spent here 2 nights (2 people) and it was okay. Parking was free, althought I read on booking site that it was 18€/day, didnt ask why, I was just happy to hear it. The receptionist explained to us that breakfest is 6-11 a.m., coffee machine is free for all and there are pizza, sandwich and french fries machine that work 24/7. Quality of pizza: well, it was frozen pizza made in vending machine :) Room was clean, had a safe, TV, minibar, kettle. In bathroom is hairdryer. The hotel is not far from airport, but we didn't hear any planes inside of our room.

Bathroom wasn't cleanest (it was just old, came into years), but usable. Shower head detached few times and it leaked. Room could use more lights, there were no sockets near the bed.

Nice room, good breakfast. Used the smart fridge in the lobby for a sandwich which was helpful.

Not very close to the airport. They have a sign in the lobby for Black Car taxi which I used. As recommended by staff. Nothing on the sign about not accepting cards! Shouldn't recommend a taxi service that only takes cash without warning.. Didn't have cash on me for trip back home!! It's not close enough to the airport to call it an airport hotel. Should've checked. 40E there and 30E back.

The breakfast was stunning with a wide variety of cold and hot foods.

Upon our arrival, the receptionist briefly explained how to use the self check-in system. However, after approximately 15 minutes and several unsuccessful attempts, it became clear that we were having difficulties. Although she seemed aware of our struggles, she did not offer further assistance. Eventually, I had to approach her again to ask for help.

The room was very big and clean. The queen bed was really big. The breakfast had a large selection and was delicious, from savory to sweet snacks.

The end of April is still considered cold, but because nature went crazy, it was 24C outside during the day, so the city heating was not turned off and we had to keep the window open. They apologized to us when we checked out, but it's not their fault.

The reception staff was very welcoming and professional. The complimentary espresso machine in the lobby was very nice along with a large selection of teas, hot chocolate, coffees and espresso. I was also pleased with the mineral waters that were in the room on arrival. It's the simple touches that make all the difference in a person's stay as a tired hotel guest. I appreciate the staff's welcoming approach when I arrived, top notch! I felt valued as a guest.

A little pricey on the per night cost and the vending machines didn't accept Cash, Amex or Discover cards.

The bed linens were super comfy. The self-checkin was also very nice.

When we arrived we had no check-in code yet, because we decided to stayed in this hotel late at night due to a problem with DB trains. The staff at the reception hall was not very happy with the fact that we decided to wait for the code from booking.com, instead of paying another price at the hall (which was more expensive!). Also, we had to walk about 25 minutes to reach the hotel from the train station, but the weather was nice, so it wasn't a big problem.
