The room was a good size, bathroom as well. Bed was comfortable, overall very clean & functional - bottled water , tea and coffee provided in the room. The staff are very helpful. Shuttle is actually a car service, on time and 10 euro cash each way paid to the driver. Its a 12 minute drive. You need to book ahead though. Its in an industrial area so actually quiet quiet. There is a great restaurant 6 mins walk away 'Motion Cafe & Bar' with super tasty food, nice staff and very well priced. Also a petrol station round the corner for any essentials - milk, water, beer, wine & food, toiletries.

European summer so the room was warm with the window closed (it was not very noisy outside but I need super quiet to sleep). No aircon so I used the small stand fan to help keep it cooler overnight.

Value for money for a family of 3 adults + 2 kids. 2 connected rooms/ apartment made a perfect solution for us on the way to our ski vacation in Austria, exactly half way just down from the high way close to the airport. The proximity to a gas station & supermarket + other shops and a restaurant. Breakfast was very good with enough options. Fresh warm croissants 🥐 and eggs 🥚 of 3 sorts. Free parking in front of the door.

Nothing serious. There is no dinner restaurant on the premises but going cross the street there is a Greek restaurant and a big Rewe supermarket open till 22.00 with lots of options.

Staff were very welcoming, from the minute I checked in, to the moment I checked out. I was very happy with the ‘Breakfast to ago’, it was useful for my early wake up. Bed was comfy and being 6’3, I find it hard to find a decent hotel shower. But this one was pretty decent!

Just 2 things really. The room was a little stuffy during my stay, it was very hot outside and I feel the rooms could use some air conditioning? But the fan that was supplied was doable for 2 nights. Also, the elevator was rather slow and took some time reaching E level.

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. This was a great place to rest for a night before a very long flight to Australia.

The shuttle pickup from the airport was a bit chaotic. The driver couldn't find the designated pickup zone initially, which is quite a walk away from the domestic arrival area. Not really the fault of the hotel but it's worthwhile to send the GPS coordinates via WhatsApp to the driver beforehand and make sure they know where they are supposed to pick up.

Odd location - kind of industrial, but there was a grocery store, a Euro store with cute things, a Woolworth, several restaurants and a Rewe store all in the same center just a block away from the hotel. There were handy snack and coffee machines in the lobby and coffee in our room, along with slippers snd and a nicely appointed bathroom. Super nice personnel and a handy shuttle service. Would definitely stay here again.

Weren’t there long enough to find anything to complain about.

Breakfast was excellent, and the place was very quiet. The room was comfortable and neat.

There was almost nothing to eat at night, and the automatic vending machine would only accept coins, let alone could not give back change, so you had to have the exact values. I was lucky to have some coins with me. I would really suggest switching to a vending machine that accepts a credit/debit card. It might also help to have a larger variety of products, maybe some cold sandwiches or something. I only ate chocolate and peanuts.

This hotel is just what you need for a day after or before your flight! Clean, comfortable, large space for arranging the luggage in the room, free parking space, very close to the airport, and above all - the best value for money you can get!!! Really fair price for airport hotel! Much much better than the crazy above 200€ per night for the "in terminal" hotels. Keep that quality and fair prices going!

No such a thing

I was given a larger suite, which was useful. The room was clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities.

It is a hotel that one books to be close to the airport. The airport is 10-15 minutes drive and you have to book an external shuttle. It would be ideal if the hotel offered an integrated and complimentary shuttle service.

I liked how close it was to the airport. I lked being able to adjust the temperature of our rooms. The staff made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and spacious. Access to a bus stop was very helpful too.

Identifying the hotel. We walked from a bus stop with our luggage and walked through an industrial area with fences and no indication that the hotel was around the corner. We came up on the hotel from the side and still no identifying signs that we were at or near the hotel until we came around to the front(and honestly, I still don't remember seeing a sign).

I looked for an affordable hotel not too far from the airport. And I found! I would this hotel book again. The lady at the reception desk was very kind and helpful. I got a spacy and clean room with a big bathroom. My room way very quiet, so the I got a good night's rest before a long distance flight. Come with your own car or with a taxi or shuttle from the airport or the adjacent railway stations.

The hotel is situation in Mörfelden-Walldorf in a business park, so not very touristic, so to say. But this does not mean that I felt unsafe or so. There is a shopping centre nearby, where you can buy some supply or snack or dine in, but no high class restaurant, if that is for which you are looking. The restaurant attached to the hotel is closed.
