Reception staffs are good. The Turkish pretty lady with curly hair was the best during my travels on the last trip. She even recommended and ordered meals for me to the hotel from a good restaurant, suggested to me where to buy groceries, and lend me the mobile charger with smiles all the time. Hotel breakfast is delicious and good price. Clean hotel in good safe location near by airport. (Left her some gifts)

Room service didn't come daily even when I displayed *make up my room please sign*. There is no phone to communicate to the reception.

The hotel was a 22minute bus ride from the airport. It was easy to find - down the road from the bus stop. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were placed in a block outside of the main building, but it was actually very nice. The room had 2 single beds with a big bathroom. The heating in the room was apparently not working well and they brought a fan heater, but we didn't need to use it, as the room was a good temperature. The check in and check out was easy and fast. The shops are a few meters away and you can find anything you need there. The hotel restaurant was closed, but there were options close by to use.

The room had a funny smell initially, but went away after having the windows open for a while (it could be the sewerage truck that was there at check in). A bin in the room would be good - we used a plastic bag and had to leave it in the bathroom (it didn't feel nice, as we always leave each place in a very good condition).

Pleasant staff on arrival. Interesting lobby area. I booked the larger room and it was spacious. Room was clean, as were the linens. Only 9 minutes walk away was a strip mall with supermarkets, retail stores and some dining options.

They have a kettle in the room but with no coffee or tea pouches so the kettle being in the room is odd. No cup and saucer either. My main grievance is these terrible mini bar fridges they have in the room. They don't keep anything cold. TV could be updated.

I needed an accomodation over night as my flight at the airport was cancelled. The hotel is about half an hour by taxi from the airport (~35 EUR), but has also a shuttle service for 10 EUR. I got a room upgrade, as many people needed accomodation for this night. The room was big and clean, the WiFi worked as expected. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast for ~10 EUR was okay and started early enough. The shuttle service worked as expected.

The hotel is in between a commercial area, so it's not a place to stay for longer.

I arrived late at Frankfurt at 11 pm. The taxi from the airport to hotel costed approx. 32 EURO. Hotel reception is available 24/7. The rooms and washrooms are good and big enough for a family. Breakfast was nice. Lunch and Dinner are not available at the hotel. You may order it online. Check out time is 10:00 am. The next day I had my flight from Frankfurt. Shared taxi (7–8-seater) was arranged by the hotel staff which costed me 10 Euros. Overall, my experience was nice.

The hotel is a not exactly an 'airport' hotel but it is not real far away (about 30 minutes). It can be reached by public transportation (bus #67) for 2.50 Euro from the airport bus terminal stop #22. There is also a taxi shuttle that runs between the hotel and airport every hour on the hour for 10.00 Euro. You need to reserve in advance but the taxi is perfect for a timely and convenient return to the airport.

Good value hotel near the Frankfurt Airport. You can take local bus 67 from the airport to about a block and a half from the hotel. It cost me 4,15 euros each way. The hotel is located in a quiet residential/industrial area, near a shopping center with several grocery stores, restaurants, and discount stores. The room was very spacious and bright. The hallways were exceptionally wide, and a lift is available.

Separate shampoo was not available (only combo shampoo/body gel). One bed light wasn't working.

I stayed there to have an easy day at the airport on the next day, and this really answered my question. The room was nice and clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was reliable. It was a good start for my holiday.

There was a refrigerator in the room but didn't work, anyway didn't bother me. The water boiler was nice, but should have coffee cup available as well . The towels have stained, look not nice to use.

The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. We were able to book the airport shuttle for early in the morning. There is a comfortable seating area with snack and coffee machines. There's a good Thai restaurant right around the corner. We had everything we needed in the room, including water cooker, drinking water, and hair dryer.

There's a small gap where the shower doors meet. The water came through the gap, so the floor got very wet. Everything else was great.
