This was the second time we have stayed at this hotel The hotel is new, clean and in a good location, close to Oosten - where we often meet friends for food and drinks. The staff are friendly and well trained. The hotel is also a couple of minutes walk from the U-bahn to easily get around the city. The rooms are well designed with ironing boards, irons, safe etc. all in a compact space - but without being in the way! The decorations are nice, the bed is very comfy and a good size and the shower/bathroom is very nice and super clean. The view of the ECB was nice and it was also nice to the see the trains pass by (very little noise). The breakfast is good, but quite expensive at 27 Euros. The parking is convenient but also expensive at 30 Euros per night. The hotel is overall good value for money.

I think the cost of the parking at 30 Euros per night is too much... no wonder there were 110 spaces available. I think if the hotel would reduce this cost far more people would use the parking and not park outside along the streets. The price of breakfast is also too high. Would prefer to walk 3 minutes to try other options.

Big rooms, clean, nice views of EZB and the skyline. Those views come with the train line below, so sleeping with an open window can wake you up when a freight train rumbles by. There are however rooms facing the courtyard and when you close the window, everything is quiet - also never heard any sound from neighbors or the hallway. There's also a water heater in the room which we liked. Parking in the garage is quite expensive, but convenient. There's free parking on the street, but it's difficult to find a spot. The location is convenient to the subway station nearby but it's only a 2km walk along the river to the city, which is also very nice.

Although there are 4 elevators, we couldn't quite figure out why one elevator stops on every floor to pick up people which makes going down from the 8th floor take more time than using the stairs.

Hotel was new and clean

Lack of phone connection. Had problems setting the heating and had to walk dow down 5 floors to ask help. Eventually I switched off the a/c. Receptionists were all young and inexperienced so as to guide guest to the city with while I got stranded for 30’ waiting for a taxi they called which never came. Maybe a mix of more experienced receptionist with young affordable for the hotel employees would be better.

The price of the underground parking but you can as well park just outside the hotel for free

Shower and bed were really good, towels that were provided were soft and really nice quality. Bedding was also very comfy all be it maybe a bit too warm. Easy to acvess the tv for chrome casting and there was plenty of desk space to organize electronics and rechargables Staff was also amazing and really helpful! Always a big plus there

not the best sound insulation, woke up a couple of times due to noises from outside and I could hear everytime aomeone went in and out from the room next to me, or were walking in the hallway, I mean its fair for the ammount paid, but I couldve done without hearing everytime someone was drunk outside even though my window was closed. But no noise between rooms at least, just the ones from the hallway and from the outside

Worth all the money I paid for all the 3 nights I have stayed. I am definitely going to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Frankfurt. Breakfast was amazing, facilities were also amazing, the hotel’s vibe itself was very spacious in my opinion and I think that I might have gotten a larger room than for what I paid for, which I’m not gonna complain about. It also has easy access to the airport VIA railways, just us Frankfurt(Main)Ost station and then you have a 5-10 minute walk to the hotel, very simple and easy. Also the room has the beautiful view to both the city skyline, the river Main and the European Central Bank (which is literally next to the hotel). If you want to reach the city centre, it’s very easy, just a simple walk across the river Main until you reach the old town, from the old town, it shouldn’t be hard to notice those high-rising modern buildings that emerge from behind the old buildings. And the Hafenpark in between the hotel and the river Main (where the hotel got it’s name from) is a very good place to relax and relive yourself of stress sitting on a bench or on the grass in this nice green area, just a heads up that trains occasionally pass over so you may be disturbed while outside, but inside the hotel you won’t hear a thing unless you open the windows. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, will recommend to anyone who goes to Frankfurt.

Fabulous hotel, thoroughly enjoyed my stay! My room was very well designed, clean and had a great view of the river. I felt very safe and well cared for in this hotel, which was important to me since I was travelling alone. It was quiet, the bed was comfortable and I had access to the lounge area, which had free snacks and drinks, a real bonus! The staff were pleasant, efficient and full of useful information. The area was great, within easy walking distance to public transport and the Old town along a lovely river. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again or another Scandi hotel!

Room was super comfortable. Liked that it was super clean. Modern design - don’t have much to say about the hotel’s services. Informed the front desk about the clogged bathroom and they sent housekeeping up on the day itself.

Location was quite far from most things so just have to walk a bit around the block. Parking was not free - I think they should extend free parking for hotel staying guests especially if the guests are staying more than 1 night.

This hotel is at the top of my list for future stays in Frankfurt. Wonderful location and views of the city. My room was excellent and had a stunning view of the European Central Bank and Hafenpark. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and helpful and went above and beyond to assist me on several occasions.As a solo traveler I felt safe and comfortable. I cannot speak to the breakfast as I chose to make other arrangements. There are great options within about a 10 minute walk such as bakeries, grocery stores, etc. There is a small refrigerator in the room to store a few items. With the U-Bahn, your are also only a few stops away from the city center. I highly recommend!

The hotel appeared new, the rooms were modern and very clean with an excellent shower. The breakfast was very good. The location was quiet but within walking distance of the main East station/U-bahn.

Despite booking the room just the night before we were not informed that the hotel had a conference at the time of our stay and so the restaurant was not available - this is totally unacceptable!... When you rent an apartment you are not told when you arrive that you cannot use the kitchen!!!! Of course this did not affect the price of our stay. When I asked the reception staff they agreed that this was not right... but then did nothing. Also the staff in general were not really friendly.. I had a broken arm at the time of our stay and even though clearly injured I still had to move out of their way when walking around the breakfast area, they really were not considerate when marching around!
