Friendly staffs, a clean and comfy room. Very close to the Hauptbahnhof. Could walk to the several tour spots. It was definitely convenient but rather not go out at nights.

Location itself is great but I can’t say it is safe.

Check in was smooth and they had my room ready. Breakfast was simple but very adequate. Staff were nice and able to answer queries. Although the street outside is crowded and noisy, you can hardly hear any noise from inside the room. Location is very close to the central train station. Plenty of restaurants around to eat at.

Carpet smelled a little old through the corridor and in my room. It's not a big deal but I would think something has to be done about it. Location, outside is a busy street and you do get a little bit overwhelmed by the characters. Its not a big deal if you know how to handle traveling alone.

The room was large and very nice. It seemed very safe and secure, despite the somewhat dodgy surroundings. Lots of places to eat nearby for inexpensive but decent food. Very close to the train station, also a short walk to the old town and to the bridge across to nicer part of Frankfurt.

- noisy at night, even when windows were closed. I knew this was likely, but wanted to be very close to the train station and also safe and in a nice hotel, which it was. - shower design - either I misunderstood how to use it, or you have to squeeze yourself back into a tiny area of the tub in order to get showered on and also to not get the bathroom floor wet.

The check-in and check-out were smooth, efficient and fast (just what guests like) and helped by completing the online pre-checkin information. I was allocated a newly renovated room and it was wonderful. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished, felt welcoming and had a wonderful bathroom that lacked the usual care products as you have to ask for these at reception if want/need something (like a shower cap). The bed is soft and there’s an excellent array of pillows to choose from. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to Frankfurt Hbf which is fabulous if you have an early morning train to catch (or arrive late).

The area outside the hotel isn’t very nice but this isn’t the fault of the hotel, it’s related to being so close to Frankfurt’s central train station. So this is the same for any hotel in this area.

nice staff good hotel clean rooms, security is very good there. despite the whole area is so shady, the street where the hotel is, is still fine but one block down it's the junkie street. of course we didnt know that and got a bit scared at night.

the hotel was great the staff was super nice, i just hated the area! so creepy at night and so many junkies... im sorry, it is not the hotel but be careful when you book in this area in general

The hotel was great, I can’t fault the service, cleanliness or comfort. It’s a block and a bit to the train station, 3 blocks to the river Main, a 20 minute walk to Romer and there are plenty of restaurants and places to eat plus a supermarket next door.

The location - I’ve not felt so unsafe in Europe stepping out the doors into what I can only say is 2- 3 streets of drug users and groups of men of differing nationalities. I wouldn’t go out at night by myself here. By all means stay here if you’re not a female travelling alone.

The room was quite large and very clean. The bed was also very comfortable. The staff were friendly and the location was perfect - so close to the train station and also to the old part of the city where there were heaps of restaurants and attractions. We would definitely stay again - we slept like logs and had no disturbances.

The only issue was that although the bathroom was renovated and the shower lovely, there was no drain in the main part of the bathroom so water from the shower door had nowhere to drain!

Over all the hotel is clean, comfortable, complete with facilities. The buffet breakfast is great, wide varieties! There is a taxi service with fixed price so you know exactly how much to pay. Very stregic location near business centers, tourist spots, walking distance everywhere incl. train station, trams etc.

The location is full of people from all walks of life, homeless, drank people etc, but has nothing to do with the hotel. But still the fact that everythkng is walking distance for me is fine.

Good value, nice restaurant

Location is good but surrounding environment was not good from train station to hotel.

Perfect location, nice and service minded staff, high security shields with card keyes to even access the elevators (and use them). Silent rooms and good AC in the hot days and nights. Spacy room and comfortable beds, even if I'm not a fan of such high beds! But the room was stylish and fulfilling in every other way.

The bed was higher than I prefer and (quite personally) I didn't understand how to use the coffee machine. But the water boiler made that even.
