Very clean place with good airconditioning and a coffee machine in the room. The location was perfect for us as we were travelling by train. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area, downstairs are two restaurants (a Chinese and a Thai restaurants). Sightseeing is easy as the Old City is within a walking distance. Check-in is convenient. You just fill in your information online and receive a pin code that is your key. The personnel can be reached by WhatsApp, Booking.com platform and phone. They reply to messages promptly.

Pillows need to be replaced, mine was flat and bumpy. Some maintenance needed as the shower was leaking and water was running from the toilet seat even after flushing. As a privacy issue, the tv system doesn't automatically log out the user from their Netflix account after checking out like in many other places. I could see other users' profiles on the tv when selecting Netflix and reported this to the staff.

Location wise was a bit dodgy and wifi was not working well.

The room was clean, comfortable, and it even had a little capsule coffee maker which we appreciated. It was close to the Frankfurt Messe, and not too far (couple of hundred meters' walk) from a few nice restaurants.

Initially the automated system did not provide us with the correct access PIN code, but the staff were prompt over WhatsApp and could provide us with the code quite quickly. The central heating was a bit hot for our taste, and the aircon wasn't terribly effective in cooling down the room; we had to leave the windows open for the room to cool down. The location is not the best. While it's conveniently located near the train station, we witnessed open drug use on several streets surrounding the hotel.

The location was very good - only a couple of minutes away from the main station. Unfortunately there seem to be many people struggling with drugs and/or homelessness in the area, so I'd recommend to be cautious just in case. The check-in and check-out process were easy and very convenient. It's almost impossible to find the place unless you watch the instructional video on how to get in, so definitely do that. The room was quite clean, I only found lipstick marks on a glass I was going to drink out of, but otherwise have no complaints over cleanliness. The customer service person who answered my call was very helpful and polite when I didn't find the door to the accommodations straight away.

The opening to the shower stall was quite narrow, which means that if you're a bigger person, you'll have to do some acrobatics to get in and out of it.

Conveniently located a 5 min walk from Frankfurt main station. It’s a hotel without any staff on site which can be convenient for anyone who’s on the spectrum. Despite that, the check in and check out process were smooth and done entirely on the phone. Free wifi, free complementary water (non sparkling).

It’s on the corner of a a busy intersection and the windows don’t seal perfectly. If your room is street facing, like mine was, you will still hear the Frankfurt posers or ambulances drive by at night. The atea under the bed could have been cleaned, not just better, but actually cleaned. There is, for obvious reasons, no place to leave your luggage at the hotel. Some may say, the hotel’s neighborhood is a bit sketchy, even more so at night. I can see why. To avoid being exposed for too long, you can hop on the tram right in front of the hotel and ride it for one stop to the train station, in case you prefer that.

Location a walk away (or one tram station) from the central station (Hauptbahnhof). Amazing city skyscrapers view. I hate noise and it was not too noisy at all. Be sure to close the window. Comfortable, spacious, clean. Quite remarkable price for such accommodation (March, winter, perhaps cheaper than other times)

The entrance is a little confusing due to an earlier verification code sent. But was eventually ok. The door of the room itself would only be able to be opened for about half a second after entering the code, so need to press V and already be ready to quickly open. Kind of ridiculous, just make it two seconds. Walking from the central station might encounter some unpleasant people in the street (offering drugs..), but not too bad, just ignored and it was ok.

I stayed at the hotel for three nights and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. Everything was clean, the room was spacious, and it was pleasantly quiet with no noisy neighbours. The air conditioning was especially appreciated in the warm weather and worked very well.

The only thing that could be improved was the lighting in the hallways and stairwells. When entering or leaving, it was often completely dark, and we had to manually find and switch the lights on and off ourselves.

Getting a code remotely, not having to socialize with anyone while checking in, is a great idea when you're a tired introverted traveler :D

When we got the door code, there was a button to navigate us to the hotel on the same site, however, i think the map was set to wrong coordinates and took us to the wrong place at first. It was a bit stressful to wander around the area at night, but overall we should've checked the photos on booking of how it looks from the outside before wandering off, so that's mostly on us.

The room is very modern, clean and well equipped. Bed stuffs are comfy. It is right at Hauptbahnhof so it is easy to get around.

I had to ask the hotel twice before they finally sent me the room information. They contacted me through Booking.com, their own website, and WhatsApp, which made the whole experience quite stressful. I felt compelled to keep checking all three platforms throughout the day in case there was an update. It was unnecessarily complicated and could have been handled more smoothly.

Comfy room, great interior, nice big TV, powerful AC, superb to have a coffee machine with 4 capsules as well as a bottle of water.

The hotel entrance is a bit shady and there is no reception counter. The automatic door takes a few seconds to close. This area is convenient because it’s close to the train station, but might need to be careful. Always hear the siren sounds of ambulance and police cars passing the street downstairs.
