Good location to reach main roads easy. Mall close to the hotel.

Breakfast is good enough, but I would prefer to have more variety in cakes, pastry and similar. floor corridor have not always a good smell, need to improve a bit.

The bath and shower, the lounge area and spacious bedroom. I also loved the 2 televisions.

I didn't like that there was no air con in the bedroom. I also hoped to have an iron for my clothes but there wasn't any

Large room with balcony, super friendly staff who went out of their way to make my dog happy, too. Nice dog walking close by.

Room shows a bit of wear and tear - difficult with untextured white walls to not have that.

We liked the hotel restaurant- great atmosphere and nice food. (There was also a food court and grocery store in the mall next to the hotel).

It was about 45 euros each way to and from the Frankfurt airport- adding almost 100 euros to the cost. This hotel would be awesome if it offered a shuttle service.

Extremely nice facilities, well taken care, clean and nice looking. Staff is fantastic, attentive, police and nice.

Nothing to complain, really nice place!

The room exceeded our expectations, comfortable and with delightful design and decoration. It’s also spacious if you have to work and the internet connection is stable. We also had a wonderful experience with the staff, specially María José (front desk) who was so friendly and kind. We had a wonderful chat while she got us a taxi! really awesome!

there’s not much grass around. For us this is important because we travel with pets.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and very welcoming. Ms Balle checked us in and she is one of these people you cannot help but like immediately. The staff at breakfast were attentive and funny, making for a great start in the morning. Really lovely people.

The cigarette buds that were everywhere in the backyard area. Not really the hotels fault, but just careless smokers. Not sure if an ashtray would help, but might be worth putting one up. Bathroom could do with a shelf, no room to put anything

My room was exactly above where deliveries are made or executed and at 4.30-6am there was so much noise the my night‘s rest was ruined. the staff was apologetic, but has I been there ok a business trip I would have been furious.

You get a lot of bang for your buck at this place, great rooms, very clean, friendly staff throughout, perfectly located, and not expensive at all.

Very convenient location, perfect spot for a stopover. Nice rooms and good parking facilities, but the best thing were the very friendly and helpful staff.
