Location close to Frankfurt airport.

Very cramped room. Not even space for luggage. Dark smelly reception area. Long waiting for someone to arrange the formalities.

The fact that the receptionist tried to get me to pay €50 despite seeing the booking had been paid for on my confirmation email. He tried several times to make me pay again. I felt he was trying to con me.

Reception was 2 I’m away from actual room and reception didn’t call taxi :(

Absolutely nothing, my experience using this hotel’s service was very horrible.

I travelled to Isenburg coz I had an interview with a company. The moment I arrived the hotel address, I noticed the hotel door was locked and I called the customer care line, the attendant sent me another address(Frankfurtertrasse 40 Hotel Isenburger Hof) to go to different from what they had online and I was initially skeptical, still, I went. Upon getting there, I met a nice Indian lady(receptionist) who told me it’s a different hotel, but, I do not know what partnership they both had. She gave me the keys and I went in. Upon getting into the room, I killed 2bed bugs on the bed and had to remove the mattress to be sure there were no others. The most horrible experience was the next day(the day of my interview) I was in the bathroom with soap all over my body and then the shower stopped working. With soap all over my body, I went to the room and called the customer care, to my surprise, the attendant(a male) was shouting at me on the phone just because I complained that shower stopped working at the hotel they brought me to. I was perplexed and had to hang up. I ended up using a towel to wipe-off the soap ans then applied a lot of deodorant to smell nice. The experience was quite traumatic for me because I almost lost my mind and confidence for my interview.

I killed so many bedbugs and still got stings. At least the owner should make it hygiene, people’s health is not a joke

Everything is awful, and Booking. Com won’t show the comments till after people pay the non refundable stays It’s a health risk because of the bedbugs and when I got into the room an animal used the toilet and haven’t cleaned after himself, and hotel stuff haven’t as well

it was easy to find and in the town centre

there were bare wires everywhere. no shower curtain the bed was too soft the tv had no remote control they knew there were two of us but only had enough bed linen and towels for one
