The check in was super easy and fast, the staff was friendly and the room was super clean. Also the tram station is right in front of the door which is super convenient for travelling anywhere. I’d definitely stay here again when I come to Frankfurt.

The hotel is easy to reach by 61 Bus from airport and 21 tram from Hauptbahnhof. The stop is just in front of the hotel. On top of the hotel, there is a beautiful terrace. The room was clean and enough for 1 person. There is also small kitchen combined with gardrobe.

During check out, there was a express check out, just dropping keys to a kind of mailbox. If you need some help or documents, sometimes the reception is closed and you need to deal with the restaurant part.

I really loved the emphasis on convenience: everything was very quick, check in didn't even require anything special and I was able to checkout just by throwing my key into the "quick checking" mailbox. I loved it - I was travelling for work and already late, so it was awesome I could just throw my key into that box. The room was tidy and just what you need for staying on a business trip. Everything was clean and the room was kinda big. I loved the kitchenette although I didn't use it. Plus the wardrobe was HUGE. I also liked that the staff complied to my wishes regarding the receipt. My company has special demands that must be met on the receipt so I get the costs compensated, and the staff followed them all and completely. Carefully reading instructions and following them sadly is a skill that has become very rare, so I was the more positively thrilled to see everything went smooth. Thank you!

Great location to visit family. Close to the airport and transport links. Great facilities in room and at the apartments.

Very lovely staff, before and during the stay. I emailed them ahead of time, and the communication was perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is in perfect spot if you need to go to an event in the deutsche bank park. Only about 20 minute walk away. The room had ac, but I didn’t even need to use it. The room did not heat up even if the weather was 20+ degrees for my stay. The keybox system is very handy!

It’s not really a negative, but the hotel has some outdated features. Like the keys and the locks. They were the old fashioned kind that I had never used before, so I had a trouble trying to open the room door at first. The taps also has hot and cold water separate, except for the toilet sink which had been updated. The bed needs an upgrade, very squeaky. You can also hear everything from other rooms, the street and the restaurant below. These ‘’negatives’’ aren’t deal breaking, they just bring down the overall experience a little bit down.

Good location from the main Frankfurt Stadium to see the game at the Euros.

Nothing to complain about for one night stay.

The hotel had a great location. It’s just in front of one of the tram stations. We stayed there for two days and the staff cleaned our room every day. Besides the room being clean, the towels and the sheets were very clean as well. The staff was very helpful and kind. The hotel also had a terrace which is perfect to chill at.

Just spent 10 days at 5 different hotels across europe and I can honestly say that Paragon was by far the best, not only in terms of facilities but also best value for money. Service excellence from the front office staff. Will definitely be my first choice when I visit Frankfurt again

Honestly nothing

Right next to the tram station and easy to find. Very friendly receptionist and we were allowed to check in early.The rooms were pretty, clean, and even had a kitchenette! The breakfast in the lobby was tasty too! What a wonderful value. Would love to stay here again!
