Very friendly and helpful staff (frontdesk staff of some other fancy hotels could learn something from these people). Quiet, clean room with a good shower, and close to public transport.

To my surprise there was an ash tray in the room although the room was cleaned and there was ventilation, you could smell someone smoked in the room before. But for one night not worth the hassle ;)

Well located, in a more quiet area, clean room and bathroom, comfortable, quiet and close to the airport and city center. Nice staff too.

The staff is very friendly, the location is great, and the hotel is very clean and spacious.

My shower's drain didn't drain quickly, which meant that water began building up in the shower as I ran it. This meant that the shower could not be run for more than 4 or 5 minutes, or it would flood. This may have been particular to my room, but it was inconvenient.

Room size was perfect. Window view was great. Blinds block out the light well. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was small but sufficient. Room was clean and the staff was nice. It is located near a train station which makes the commute easy.

No breakfast option at the time of stay.

Our room was much more spacious than expected. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was nice. There was plenty of space to hang clothes and put luggage, etc. Overall quiet pleasant!

Some of the staff was not very hospitable, but it was ok. There were some spiderwebs and it was not the cleanest, but it was reasonably clean so I'm not mad about it. I would recommend this place overall, but I would say don't go with the highest expectations.

Perfect location to connect to the Airport

Everything was good,the stuff very friendly, clean,have a kitchen where I could warm up the milk for my baby.Location excellent, parking available.Perfect!!!

We stayed for one night. The staff was friendly and the room really clean. The bathroom was small but well stocked and clean. The tram stop is a minute walk. Supermarket a two/three minutes walk. Quiet and convenient.

The number of parking spots are limited. However, the staff being helpful had informed us already. But, if you come in late with your car, it might be a problem as the hotel is right on the main road and one may not like leaving their car on the road all night.

People are so nice both in the reception and housekeeping. They always greet you with a positive attitude and really helpful. The room is comfortable, clean and neat. There is a tram station just outside the door so the transportation is very easy. It is also close to Frankfurt and in a decent district. A lot of restaurants and two supermarkets nearby.

The shower door was broken and it sometimes fell off when I was trying to close it.

Good public transport connections and restaurants nearby. Clean and functional. Great staff. The nearby restaurant "Da Cimino" was absolutely excellent and great value.

Very modest rooms, simple breakfast, ancient TV.
