Maybe just fine details on the cleanliness of the windows, but honestly, this is just a minor issue. I am happy with my stay and would recommend this Hotel to anyone! I will come back next time I stay in Neu-Isemburg.

The staff is very friendly. Everything was very clean. The room is spacious, and the bed is very comfortable. I went for work, and the location was perfect, just a 6-minute walk. The Zentrum shopping center is nearby.

The windows don't insulate noise or cold well. I was there in October. During the day, the weather was good, but it got cool in the evenings. On some days, I felt cold in the evening while working (not at night, the duvets are very warm) because the heating was turned off.

a very nice woman, as I understand it, she is also the manager of the hotel. Brought a kettle to the room. I ordered breakfast in the morning and it was delicious. The hotel room was very clean. everything needed was in the room. in general I am very satisfied

it was noisy because my room was on the first floor and right next to the road.

The place is quiet, that's why I chose it. Room & shower/bathroom area is all new. Refurbished to high standard. Clean and comfortable. Good room and bathroom size. Bed was very comfortable. Lady at reception very helpful. I recommend this place. It's about 2.1km from S-Bahn. I walked in the evening and caught Taxi in morning back to S-Bahn(Euros10.00/cash only).

Very clean and very friendly host. It is run by a very nice family.

No elevator, everything else was perfect.

Breakfast was very good for the price. All staff is exceptionally friendly, speaking english and/or german. Location is very near to the city center, so you can reach shops or restaurants by foot in 5-10 minutes.

There is no air-conditioning in the rooms, but actually it is normal in Germany.

nice and clean place to stay. i surely book again in case I am going back to neu Isenburg. there is a nice open space between the rooms which makes the place very attractive for the hot seasons.
