The senior person at the reception was excellent! The hotel is centrally located and has its own private parking. The are plenty of restaurants, shops nearby and a supermarket as well. The room and bed were big. The shower was nice. Loved my stay there and will book it again in the future.

The breakfast should be a bit better. Since the room was south facing, it became warm in the evening. This is very good in winter, but in summer it is uncomfortable since there was no fan or air conditioning.

There was free parking place. The breakfast was ok.

I think that the housekeeping personal need just better training how to correctly clean the room. For the money the accommodation was ok.

This hotel is a true gem and we are very glad we booked it. The staff was very nice and polite, and made us feel welcome. The room was very spacious and clean, the bed was ok and the bathroom was nice and clean as well. The internet was great and the free parking spot was an added bonus. The breakfast was basic but had something for everyone, including hot and cold options, vegetables, sweets, cereals, coffee and juice. The restaurant was spacious and very clean. The hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

Stayed 4 nights and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Frankfurt. The staff were all friendly and the room was very comfortable. Good hot water and water pressure. The breakfast has a good selection but might run out of some items as the time nears 9am. Eating before 8 am was always good. Dont worry if your room faces the street. The windows seal well and keep it quiet

It is a very nice and clean hotel, at the suberbs of Frankfurt. The bus stop to the airport is very convinient in front of the hotel. By train there were some cancels due to constructions and we had to find other way to travel from the center to the hotel which this was a little bit stress... In general though it was the best choice if you consider the price for the room that was reasonable. Personel friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean hotel. I was very impressed. Well located, and clean and the breakfast was nice and fresh. Will definitely book again.

Please fix the check-in system as you don't want your customer to wait outside. The staff should be trained and ready at the reception. Not to chase the owner over the phone and wait outside in winter or rain for someone to verify your stay identification and search for the room key last minute.

- good breakfast, buffet style - clean - tv - close to Frankfurt - close to airport! Bus station directly in front of the hotel and bus goes 2x/hr during the week. Takes about 45 minutes to get to terminal 1 - lots of restaurants close by + supermarket + bank - good wifi

- check the check in times before you arrive! - it could get hot in the room since there's no a/c but you know that before

The soundproof works fine. Very nice staff, changed a room for me when the window is broken even I didn't ask. And gave my tissue back though I didn't bother them.

The bathroom is a little bit small even for a skinny person.

The hotel is quite good and value for the money. The staff needs to improve After booking we got message that probably noone was available at our arrival time (1700 on Sunday) and were left with a telephone number. There was someone at hotel at our arrival, but not very professional, in my opinion.
