We were looking for a hotel near the airport. It was close, but it was not accessible by foot.

There was some confusion with another Hilton hotel that has signs from the airport terminal and is accessible by foot. The information on the website about the shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport and vice versa could be much clearer. It is mentioned under services, but details about the hours and prices are not easily presented for customers. Since many guests are likely there for an airport connection, this is important information. I had to write an email, and they sent the details to me, which is fine, but not the most convenient way to share such information.

Found out too late you needed to pay for the shuttle before getting on the shuttle bus back to the airport. Breakfast average.

The breakfast was plentiful and delicious! The room was large, comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The airport was less than 2 km away from the hotel.

There was no shuttle to the airport. When the staff was asked about how to get to the airport the next morning, a vague explanation was given: "Catch the bus or the S-Bahn behind the Holiday Inn." I walked to the other side of the Holiday Inn to find the bus stop and the S-Bahn station after I brought my luggage to the room. There was no available bus stop due to road construction, and after walking the area for 10 minutes, I found the S-Bahn station only because I saw people walking with suitcases from that area. It would have been nice to have been given specific instructions on how to find the S-Bahn station and that the bus driving to the airport was not readily available.

The hotel is generally very good. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The staff were especially friendly and helpful — we felt very welcome and at ease throughout our stay.

The lack of airport shuttle is a big downside Unfortunately, the hotel does not offer an airport shuttle service. We had to pay €25 for a one-way taxi ride for just a few minutes' drive. The hotel staff agreed that this price is quite high, but explained that it’s an independent taxi service and not related to the hotel. While this is indeed an external service, I would advise anyone planning to book this hotel to factor in this extra cost in advance. I truly hope the hotel brings back the shuttle service as it used to have — it would make a big difference.

The front desk guy made check-in eady, even though there was a little hiccup with the reservation. We were a family of five, and, even though we didn't explicitly ask for it, they still put us in two connecting rooms, which made our stay way better.

The breakfast was underwhelming and we had to ask for the trays to be replenished as it was almost all gone by 9am on a Monday during the summer break. The entrance to the garage is a bit confusing (it is not clear what we have to do to open it). Even if they held some things for us in the fridge at the reception, it would be useful to have mini-fridges in the rooms.

the breakfast was good with a nice selection of options including a cooked option not just continental. bed was ok and a small double. The room was very clean and all linen and towels were clean. room was quiet as requested and slept well, plenty of taxis in the morning to take you to terminal 2. Easy check-in and check-out.

bed very tight to the wall with little room. only 2 coffees so 1 drink only. no evening meal options on site had to go to another hotel or down the road, not far but after a long day was a little inconvenient. terminal 1 side and about 11EURO taxi each way, no shuttle since the beginning of the year.

Absolutely perfect choice if you're flying out from Frankfurt. We stayed for 1 night before flying back to Canada . Room was not big but comfortable enough for 1 night stay. Clean,modern,efficient with plenty of choices for excellent hot breakfast We are staying often at Hampton Inn's and we never had bad experience with them. It's 10 out of 10 from us. Strongly recommend if you need to be close to the airport. Although they didn't offer shuttle ( or we didn't see any) It's a pleasant 10 min walk to the airport from hotel. You've plenty of taxis around if prefer ride rather then walk. We fly once or twice a year to / from Frankfurt and this hotel will be our regular stay while in there

Exactly what we expected and needed before flying out from Frankfurt. Modern, new hotel - lovely bathrooms. Fantastic breakfast included - probably one of the best hotel breakfasts on our travels. Would recommend.

We booked two rooms, one room was for three people, so one person had a sofa bed. The sofa bed was dreadful - the mattress springs were very prominent - and there wasn't a mattress protector to provide a little more comfortable either. Was the the end of our trip, so didn't have the energy to tell them - they probably would have given us an extra cover or duvet if we asked. Also when booking, airport transfers were provided - they no longer do this - it's a fair walk with bags to the train station and trains aren't that regular.

Hotel Review I had a pleasant stay at this hotel and would recommend it for its excellent location and comfortable accommodations. The hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from the airport, with the option of a shuttle bus that takes only 5 minutes—a huge plus for travelers. The rooms are spacious, clean, and designed with comfort in mind, making it easy to relax after a long journey.

there is some room for improvement in the bar service. It would be helpful if the staff announced a clear “last call” for drinks, so guests are aware of when service will end. During our visit, the bartender informed us that no more drinks would be served, but we noticed drinks being served to another table about 45 minutes later, which was a bit disappointing.

Everything was good. We were able to check in early, highly appreciated. The breakfast was excellent.

We could not make a phone call to the reception desk from our room. We did not get help from the front desk to correct this problem. We were told there is a button reception on the phone, which we could not find. It did not work dialing 100 as requested per instruction in booklet. The problem was never resolved. We brought this to the attention of the front desk again when checking out. The shuttle service was a big disappointment, not having service from 11:35 A.M. to 16:15 P.M. The shuttle service was the reason to book at your hotel. We had to take a cab to get to the airport.
