Simple, clean perfect for a business stop between flights. Good shuttle bus - free from Frankfurt airport arrivals to the hotel, 6 euros each from hotel to airport arrivals. Breakfast was good but at 16 euros a bit pricey if you only fancy a coffee and cake. Bar was good, it had a restaurant but I did not eat there.

The only issue is traffic noise in the room but I knew of this in advance so it was not a problem. I think traffic noise is over before 10pm so really a non issue for most people. Parking is difficult for a big car - I scratched mine on a pillar.

The shuttle times needed more options

Breakfast was good, but w little expensive, also I had paid for the breakfast upon arrival the night before, but was told in the morning that my name was not on the list to receive breakfast. I got it straightened out though.

My room was on the first floor, which was fine, but I had to search for it. When I got out of the elevator the sign pointed me to the right however, the fire doors (?) where closed and didn't have signage on them that I had to look for my room beyond them. So it took me a minute.

They offer an airport shuttle that picks up directly in front of the hotel. The hours are a little unique because they only run during the early morning and late evening so if you have a late morning or afternoon flight, you might not be able to use the shuttle, but check that before you stay! We also parked our vehicle at the airport and paid extra for that, but it was so worth it. Be sure though to reserve that ahead of your stay because spots are limited.

The location is a little tricky because it's tucked in among other buildings (industrial area) so we had to do an extra loop around the block, but it was easy after that. Also, the driveway is very small so it's best to park on the side street and walk to check in. If you don't pay to park on the property, you'll have to park on the street. Not sure if you have to pay or not for street parking.

Rooms were very clean and far enough from airport to be able to open windows for ventilation and not be disturbed by airplane noise.

The airport shuttle, the reason we chose this location, was awful! The bus is a traditional city bus by design, low floor and step up for rear seating, and allows very little floor space for luggage. Definitely an unsafe ride, as in an emergency or sudden breaking,, the isles were packed with luggage that would go flying!!

Our flight got delayed and we stayed here- close to airport, clean and staff were really friendly and we were happy that the bar was open even though we got there at 11pm! Good shuttle bus service

Wasn’t there long enough to notice

The hotel loaned me an electric kettle and a mug, so that I could make tea for myself in my room. The little restaurant was also very nice. Good food, and I had a nice glass of dry Riesling with my meal.

It would have been nice to have a smaller, hand towel in the bathroom. I had two large bath towels instead. Very minor issue.

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. I arrived later than expected, which was no problem and the kitchen staff served me, even though it was close to the time it would close. I rode on the shuttle from the airport and back to the airport and had no problems with it.

I don't have any recommendations for improvement.

Information on where to catch the shuttle from the airport was not precise enough. I missed the 22:15 shuttle and had to take a taxi to the hotel because after getting off my flight I somehow exited the airport on the departure level, but the shuttle picks up from the arrivals level.

My family stayed over night during layover for the next flight. Customer service is great. All staff are friendly and go beyond and above to help. Hotel is 15-minute drive from the airport located in a very quiet area near airport. But you don’t hear planes, which guarantees good sleep. We used transfer services provided by the hotel. Our room was just enough size to ensure room for moving around beds. Hotel provides buffet breakfast for an extra charge of 15 euros per adult, no lunch service, dinner service is a la carte. Lots of places to dine in around. We booked last minute and we’re very satisfied with the stay!

Breakfast is a bit pricy.
