The room was SUPER clean and the beds really comfortable. I liked to have a tiny fridge in the room and some cutlery and cups and plates. It was a bit hot in the evening, but fresh during nights (August!) as It was possible to keep windows open: so silent the street. The street was nice, the parking was not in the place but 2 min walks from the house, where we did not feel safe to leave our car fully loaded with our stuff (coming back from holidays) and bikes. However, It went well and maybe It was us being too anxious.When I read private parking, I usually expect to be in the property. Work in progress in the house, some small issues will be probably fixed in the future. No shower, but only bathtub.

We spend only one night in a small room, but good furnished to get most use of the space. the Bathroom is complete with all what is needed. the towels are very clean. Everything was very clean. we had approach to a big Kitchen where we could make coffee.

the bed was a little bit small for two persons, but it is ok for one or two days . It is Perfect as a single room for a longer stay. A foldable stool for the suitcase would be helpful.

we booked the suite, and it was perfect. We were two groups travelling together, So my family formed one group, and my mother in law and my sister in law formed a second group. The rooms in the "suite" were separated, and this was perfect, as it had 2 separate rooms, but they were connected via a private door. Another thing that was AMAZING: the availability of a plethora of books for all tastes and languages. that was AMAZING !!

Only one tiny little thing didn't please me: When the hotel was communicating the code for the key, they called me via WhatsApp. The problem is that my WhatsApp only works when there is WIFI. I would have loved that they call me via my normal German mobile phone.

Everything was great. From the moment of arrival to departure. Cosy villa with well thought out rooms and necessary amenities for a short stay: kitchen, free parking, separate comfortable bathroom & bed, fast wifi, and a lovely owner.

I couldn't find the microwave in the kitchen

The room was simple but great. It had everything we needed. Kitchen / Shower / Bed / TV. Small room with somewhat of a nice view. It was also extremely quiet, we liked it. The Host was extremely nice and friendly. Easy Check-In / Registration and easy to follow instructions.

The room was very warm. We tried turning down the heating and it didn't help much. Multiple times we had to open the door and let cold air in. Some may like a warm room but we woke up with a headache. The TV in room 3 was also somewhat defective, There were stripes going down the TV that never went away. We tried adjusting the cable but to no avail.

We stopped on the way to Italy from the Netherlands to go to the thermal baths nearby with our children. We had a very good time: the host was very nice and welcoming and the studio with the kitchenette was perfect for my family. We will come back!

The location is excellent and serene, the villa itself has a very old school look inside and outside

The villa is split into multiple small rooms, and it makes each room very small for a family. Also since it is a villa, it is not designed to be shared with multiple people in smaller rooms

Good value. Not a classic hotel. Rather a family run inn with homy feeling.
 Near the fields, the area is quaint & quiet and has good bus & train connections. Bed & beddings were super comfy. Slept like a baby. Full kitchens to cook your own meal. All sparkle clean.

Perfect tiny room for one night in a quiet residential area with good parking. I prefer hard matress, so I had a really good sleep at budget price.

Was given a really warm welcome from lovely host Joan. Room was small (but that was reflected in the good price), very clean and the huge bathroom upstairs felt like one in a Roman villa. Nice quiet neighbourhood with a few restaurants within walking distance, ideal for a solo traveller overnight stop.
