The rooms are comfortable and clean and staff were very helpful. Access to the spa and bath was really convenient. The Therme was great and hotel guests we had early access in the morning before they opened for the public which was a nice treat. Had the slides to myself for an hour :) The Breakfast buffet had a good selection and dairy free milk was available on request. We also had dinner. The food was good but the choices a bit limited. Staff were great with special requests from a family with kids.

We spent the Saturday night there and both the pool and sauna area were very crowded as it was weekend. Would happily come back during a less busy period though.

The dinner wasn't for our taste and felt overpriced. There was no mini bar in the room. Not too big selection of services was available at the time of our visit; I have also expected a bigger spa as it is also the local spa around - still was of course very enjoyable.

Very clean and comfy with amazing staff. Great food and drinks all around. And of course the spa! Amazing access to sauna, whirlpools and a fun water park. We stayed there over the Christmas holidays and loved the indoor/outdoor combination. Booked relaxing massages on top.

It’s behind an industrial area. But apart from that you have a short walk into the old town of Hofheim or cross a field into the other direction to enter the forest of the Taunus which makes up for it!

Good breakfast buffet open until 11 a.m., allowing for late sleeping. Comfortable bed and wonderful bath, with walk-in rain shower. Easy access to spa area. The extended hours for hotel guests allow you to skip the crowds in the evening. Fantastic rotating bar in the top floor.

Even though I commend the effort to save energy in current times, the fact that the air conditioning was switched off in the lobby, bar and restaurant during weather with over 32 degrees made late breakfasts or evening bar visits uncomfortably warm.

Very good hotel to explore the surrounding areas. The spa, the gym and pool where all very nice. Brilliant for kids. Nice breakfast and topfloor bar. Parking 7euro pr day is ok. But you need a car to get around.

Not much to complain about, but on a 4star hotel it would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Great to have all at once, the aqua center for kids, the sauna area for adults (kids also allowed though). The panorama bar was nice and quite full.

The downside is that there are lots of people outside the hotel guests coming for aqua center and spa activities and sometimes it get so crowded that you cannot find any free spot. I think the hotel shoud limit the number of outside comers.

The food was really good quality. hair dryer in both rooms did not work.... The towels and the bathrobes were excellent. Had to leave at 12pm and were not allowed to use the pool extra time unless we paid extra.....

perfect location. relaxing family friendly! amazing value for money! clean, to the highest standards!

No minibar at the room. 7€ extra charge for parking. electric car charger is not free.Balconies are 50cm away from each other providing no privacy. the menu serving time was very long considering families were eating and with 2-3 years old children it is really challenging to wait 30+ minutes between the courses… food was excellent though as well as stuff super friendly and pro!

An ideal place for a family vacation with teen/preteen children. The spa-sauna area is cosy with a good variety of saunas and pools. The restaurant Auszeit was a really excellent surprise. And don't forget to visit the panorama bar! I had only positive experiences with the staff.

There was no Finnish sauna, although one of them claimed to be one. In a Finnish sauna you can throw yourself water to the stove and you are not all hysterical about a zillion rules on towels and absolute silence. I haven't seen many of those in Germany, so not something that would affect my excellent rating of the place.

Stayed at this hotel for one night before flying home. Frankfurt Airport 15 minutes away. The hotel is very comfortable and the spa is great. Dinner and breakfast were excellent. Very convenient to have breakfast from 6am and that the room has a balcony.
