I like The barking , the breakfast , the location , the staff, the restaurant, the cleanness, quietness, and you can find anything you need to buy from the hotel , chargers , some gifts necessary stuff you forgot to bring with you, it’s crazy but I love the vending machine with the chocolate and drinks and supply of water , you don’t need the supermarket, but it’s more expensive of course

The WiFi should be better

The breakfast was super. Wide selection & very attentive yet friendly staff. The waiter in the restaurant The night I arrived was especially impressive & capable. I was tired & hungry & he was friendly & efficient.

My only suggestion- it would be nice to have tea/ coffee facilities in the room. Otherwise, this is an excellent hotel - leafy, peaceful location, very professional staff, clean, well- ventilated room (my stay was during very hot weather), excellent breakfast (dinner the previous night also very good) & good value for money.

No possibility to make tea or coffee. Nothing in the rooms. Coffee machine down by reception but always off. So after breakfast no chance of a refresher

The staff was welcoming, the hotel is clean and well organized. The room was good for two frends travelling and wanted two separate beds. The little balcony was cool too. The breakfast was also good and the breakfast room well organized. Value for money.

Some small point for improvements: No Kettle in the room but if you call reception they bring you a mag of hot water. Batroom a it small but still functional. No products for intollerant people at the breakfast but I anyhow managed to have a good one.Complementary water only sparkling, this is typical German hahaha

Convenient on the S3 from Frankfurt...while attending the Frankfurt Book Fair. Cute little village. My room had a balcony on the 6th floor, which was great. The hotel's breakfast buffet is magnificent. There are some nice restaurants in the village, and there is easy access on foot to hiking paths to neighboring villages. Sweet spot! And DO NOT miss the breakfast buffet.

I requested a room " up high with a view" with my stay for four nights, which was booked months in advance. When I checked in, I politely repeated that request (for this 6 or 7 story hotel) to the counter person, who seemed to be having an attitude about something. When I got to my room, it was on the second floor with a lovely view of...the parking lot. So I took my bags, went back down, apologized for inconveniencing her, but could we please try again for a higher floor? The hotel wasn't even close to being full. This time, after more dark looks and a redoubled sour attitude, she found a beautiful room on the 6th floor. All the other staff members I encountered at this hotel were really nice. But gosh, she was memorable.

very clean with beautiful park from one side.

1. On their website all rooms shows with park view! Be careful- if you take the lowest rate - their will offered the room with view to the huge parking lot!!! we were staying almost alone in this huge hotel and their did not even upgrade us to the Park view - their said it’s 20 more euro! 2. rooms with parking view does not offers tea pots and tea - despite on the fact what all rooms upon booking had tea pots on the picture!!! Also disappointing!

Updated, modern hotel (I stayed here for the first time over 30 years ago!). Room was clean, spacious and quiet. Large double bed, super comfortable. Well-equipped bathroom, good shower. Excellent breakfast buffet and easy check out. Parking was 10 Euros - but we could leave the car there after check out and pick it up later.

Great location, good price, helpful English speaking staff. Loud party on ground floor late on but couldn't hear a thing in our 5th floor room which was clean, tidy and had a small balcony overlooking the park.

Main car park was full but had to drive around it and out to the underground one.

Nice location, nice staff, clean, awesome breakfast with variety and excelent quality & good value for money. The room was nice and spacius. The park view is nice.

7 - 9 min walk to the S bahn

Good hotel overall, good rooms, good breakfast. The space would get a 9 but the people part lowers the experience considerably.

The hotel responds to our booking.com message every time we go there but never follows up. The staff is not very friendly and often feels like they are doing you a favor. The beds are so so comfortable.
