The location was great. Right at S-Bahn station but no noise at all. Directly next to the new Casals Forum concert hall and easy walk into Kronberg center. Modern, clean, decent WiFi for working.

There was quite a bit of noise echoing in the hallways as people were walking and talking late at night. No outdoor noise, just indoor. Would have been appropriate not to charge me for coffee to take back to my room. A few days before, I had stayed at Vienna House in Bremen, where they allowed me to bring coffee from the breakfast area up to my room where I was working. At this price, breakfast should be included. 20Euros for breakfast is a bit steep!

The location is perfect--train station only a few feet away and close to shopping, restaurants, and the park. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Staff was great! Nice to have a mini-fridge (no freezer) in the room.

The room was too hot and hard to regulate the temperature, because, if you are gone for long periods of time, the electricity does not work (it is controlled by the room key that you place in a slot by the door when you enter the room). The pillows were too soft. There is no iron/ironing board in the room.

Location was excellent for train travel - just opposite S Bahn station. Very modern, stylish, comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast- I could not imagine anyone wanting anything more on offer. Lovely terrace cafe/bar area for a hot day . Next door to an internationally famous concert hall. Room was not large, but very comfortable, excellent shower. Air con very welcome, also kettle and fridge. Good to have a normal checkout time of 12, most places charge to stay much beyond 10.30

Although not far from the town, it seemed like a bit of a trek to get to any shops, bars, restaurants. My room (226) was very open to neighbouring houses and to the station and car park, so it felt very exposed to view. There were no net curtains to protect my modesty!

Great location, friendly staff, loved the window seat in the room and great shower.

The hairdryer didn’t work and when I reported it I was told you have to hold it firmly in the hand. Instructions should be given or just use a simple hairdryer. Breakfast was a disaster. When we got to the hot section the chef was unaware that everything was empty. As we didn’t feel Like waiting for them to prepare new food, this was a over rated and expensive (€20/pp) culinary non-experience

The only thing I didn't like is that in the hallway on the floor it was a bit smelly. Inside the room it was fine but as soon as I entered the hallway either from my room or the elevator I could smell it. Nothing too tremendous it was bearable but would be nicer without. My tea & coffee wasn't filled up after cleaning.

I really like the special seat at the window - perfect for reading! Very thoughtful to have added a lamp there. The location is perfect, right at the train station. It's nice and quiet in the room. The staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast is amazing.

At first I was confused about how to regulate the room temperature. With the help of the staff I finally figured out how to use the AC. Short instructions could be helpful.

The staff were very helpful and they even ordered flowers for us from a local florist, which we needed for our trade fair stand at Messe Frankfurt. The location was very good for us. The rooms were of a good size and comfortable. There was a safe in the room, a complimentary bottle of water & fridge. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed it, but there was not a lot of hot food choice. The take-away coffee cups were a nice addition and very useful.

We requested more hangers in one room, but these were not received.

Staff at reception was great arlt all times, nice gym, good atmosphere. I do not need massive facilities when I travel. So a nice room, quiet is all I need. Within 20min to airport. I got up at 8am had a taxi at 8.10am and jumped on a flight at 9am.brilliant. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Super conveniently located directly next to the train station and bus stops. Just a five minute walk to several shops and restaurants in the charming village. The hotel was clean and beautiful, and the staff were helpful.

The bed was a little too firm for me, but overall just fine for a two night stay.

The location is great. fresh quiet and safe. About 5 min. on foot, there are many cafe & restaurants and charming old town. The staffs are attentive and friendly. Fresh rich Breakfast. Clean and easy underground carpark. The Lobby and room are much nicer than photo. We surely come back here again!
