The staff was incredible. We arrived in Frankfurt extremely early (6am) and wanted to drop off our bags at the hotel to sightsee before we could check in at 2pm. Noting that this was a lucky exception, the staff upon arrival to drop off our bags informed us that our room was free and ready and allowed us to check in early which allowed us to sleep off the night spent traveling and go out to the city well rested. Upon check-out, the staff was also very understanding and helpful towards a person with a mobility aid, and allowed us to check out slowly and on our own time around 11am. They provided us with a lot of help (ice-pack, help getting to the lift) during our stay. On top of this, the Hotel is in an incredibly convenient location, just a 5 minute walk from the Frankfurt Central Station and close to metro and tram lines and stops. Overall, amazing value for the money spent.

There was no air conditioning or fan in the room, but thankfully the weather wasn't too hot during our stay and we had access to big windows. Some staff members don't speak English, but are still as helpful as can be.

I don't leave reviews often but I've got to say this is a great choice for a short stay in Frankfurt. Very affordable, and in that pricepoint you get a pretty clean room with a separate bathroom in an excellent location right next to Hbf. The room has a mini fridge for food and drinks and a heater (if needed in the winter). You are being equipped with towels which can be changed if you need them to. They also have a breakfast option, however I can't say anything on that as I havent chosen it personally. Overall, if I had to stay in Frankfurt again, I'd probably choose this hotel again.

The elevator was temporarily out of service

Location right outside of the train station. We had 3 guests and ended up having a two rooms joined with a bathroom. Staff was nice. Hotel was good for our one night stay

Pillows weren’t comfortable. very loud outside. We slept with the windows closed so it wasn’t an issue, but it being summer it got hot. There wasn’t a fan in the room. Not sure if we could have requested one or not. We sucked it up since we just stayed one night

I arrived very late due to a missed train, all I needed was a bed for the night which I got and was happy with it.

The street under my window was very noisy during the whole night: partying people, loud cars/motocycles... Closing the window would have helped but then it was unbearably hot, so there was no good solution...

We were in the adjoining rooms for three people and there was plenty of space. Staff friendly and accommodating location very convenient to both train station and old town. I noticed some other reviews mentioned the surrounds of the hotel having issues, but we didn't have any issues, there's a pizza parlor outside you can hear but nothing unsafe or problematic. The room was cleaned daily, and our room had a little mini fridge which was nice for drinks and snacks. Overall good value.

+ friendly workers + everything you need is nearby - train station, shops, bars, restaurants etc. + fridge in the room! + pretty view

- could be a bit cleaner - probably wouldn't stay alone as a woman since the streets nearby can get wild

I left shortly after check in as my holiday plan changed last minute, but the hotel was nice and clean, and check in was very easy. It's a 2 minute walk from the station so would make a great stay for interrailing guests. Price was very reasonable.

Hotel staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was open buffet and enough. Very good location, 3 min walk to the main terminal. Budget friendly.

This region of Frankfurt is full of homeless people and drug addicts. During our stay we have not been harrassed or seen criminal activity, police is in control and patrolling around. But i do not recommend for families with kids.

Very good value for money. Clean, good space in a room. Good places around to eat.

The neighbourhood is dodgy, but this is what you expect when booking a hotel just next to the train station.

Great value for money hotel. Second time of staying. Would recommend. Breakfast good value. And great location close to main station and Messe.

Really nothing much not to like. Perhaps occasional noise.
