Very spacious apartment with small kitchen. Parking right in front of the building. Lovely setting. Cooking and dinnerware were delivered upon request.

Air conditioning needed for the summer (a fan was provided, which helped some). A bit expensive considering breakfast was not included in the rate. A washing machine would be appreciated too.

The breakfast was amazing, the location is beautiful and the beds were really comfy + the room was huge. We had a girls trip and all three booked a massage with Marija who was absolutely incredible.

There could be shades/ umbrellas at the pool and the sun beds could be more comfortable. It gets quite crowded on the weekends. Just one pool is maybe a bit too tight for when many guests use it. Also it seems to be important to book dinner ahead of time to make sure there is space. The dinner was good but more vegan options could be provided. At breakfast that was no issue though.

Beautiful hotel, great staff, I missed breakfast but that was my fault (I’m sure it was great), loved the pool, all the buildings are connected by tunnels, everything was taken care of and well thought out

The 90 degree sauna was a little small so it could get crowded or you might have to wait to use it but the plunge pool was ice cold

Beautiful and spacious room, it was great having a full kitchen and large bathroom. The view was amazing and my kids absolutely loved the pool! Very relaxing place.

The main challenge was NO A/C! We would keep our windows open during the day but at night there were jurassic sized bugs that would come in so we had to close the windows and were quite hot. No fans available either. My kids biggest complaint was no netflix/streaming, just german TV. Also no microwave as was listed.

Never thought that Frankfurt (being a commercial centre and having stayed in countless hotels in the city centre) could offer such a great destination hotel with majestic buildings, beautifully-landscaped gardens, mountain top views, very spacious suites, awesome bar and restaurant and a feeling of being completely zen.. I am surprised as to the lower score on this property but this will become a go-to property for our family.

House keeping needs attention - coffees/ creamers not replenished with daily service.

i expected more for a 5 stars hotel in the room we Stayed in. it was a “Big apartment” almost, but very outdated rooms, with Old furniture. not so cosy.

Excellent location, staff and room with balcony and a view. Half an hour from city, yet in beautiful park in foothills.

The pool could have been a bit warmer.

- friendly staff - great food - great location - we got an upgrade and the room (flat) was spacious

- variety of menu is limited if one stays for a longer time (great dishes but not too many to select from)

Great attention to detail. Made special effort for family birthday- great breakfast! Amazing massage at the spa. Great view of Frankfurt skyline. Local produce and sparkling wine - superb dinner.
