The location was great. Right at S-Bahn station but no noise at all. Directly next to the new Casals Forum concert hall and easy walk into Kronberg center. Modern, clean, decent WiFi for working.

There was quite a bit of noise echoing in the hallways as people were walking and talking late at night. No outdoor noise, just indoor. Would have been appropriate not to charge me for coffee to take back to my room. A few days before, I had stayed at Vienna House in Bremen, where they allowed me to bring coffee from the breakfast area up to my room where I was working. At this price, breakfast should be included. 20Euros for breakfast is a bit steep!

The location is perfect--train station only a few feet away and close to shopping, restaurants, and the park. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good with a lot of variety. Staff was great! Nice to have a mini-fridge (no freezer) in the room.

The room was too hot and hard to regulate the temperature, because, if you are gone for long periods of time, the electricity does not work (it is controlled by the room key that you place in a slot by the door when you enter the room). The pillows were too soft. There is no iron/ironing board in the room.

Location was excellent for train travel - just opposite S Bahn station. Very modern, stylish, comfortable. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast- I could not imagine anyone wanting anything more on offer. Lovely terrace cafe/bar area for a hot day . Next door to an internationally famous concert hall. Room was not large, but very comfortable, excellent shower. Air con very welcome, also kettle and fridge. Good to have a normal checkout time of 12, most places charge to stay much beyond 10.30

Although not far from the town, it seemed like a bit of a trek to get to any shops, bars, restaurants. My room (226) was very open to neighbouring houses and to the station and car park, so it felt very exposed to view. There were no net curtains to protect my modesty!

This property allowed us check in at 10 am, instead of the regular 3pm, without extra charge. Which is a very courteous act, which we welcomed after an 11 hour flight arriving at 6 am in the morning. On the top it was very clean and neat. Minimal but good design. Free parking, at least for our room category.

Nothing . Considering the known wealth of this area, it is very poorly equipped with good standard hotels. That makes Vienna House stand out.

Nice hotel, close to Frankfurt, easy to arrive by train from the airport, with parking available. Good breakfast, very kind and attentive staff. For those looking for nature, is easy to start hiking, runs or MTB rides from the hotel.

We ate one day in the restaurant, and the variety of dishes is very limited. However, the staff did everything possible to find options for our dietary restrictions.

The hairdryer didn’t work and when I reported it I was told you have to hold it firmly in the hand. Instructions should be given or just use a simple hairdryer. Breakfast was a disaster. When we got to the hot section the chef was unaware that everything was empty. As we didn’t feel Like waiting for them to prepare new food, this was a over rated and expensive (€20/pp) culinary non-experience

Absolutely exceeded expectations! This place was exactly what I was hoping for — and even better. Clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You can tell a lot of care has gone into making guests feel welcome. It felt good just being there. And for the price, it’s an amazing value. Highly recommended!

Large room, good beds, clean, good size desk to work out. big bathroom.

Parking in the hotel is paid (14 euro), cheaper in the street. Air conditioning cooled well but made a lot of noise and had to be switched off at night. Hotel restaurant menu could have a few more healthier options

The only thing I didn't like is that in the hallway on the floor it was a bit smelly. Inside the room it was fine but as soon as I entered the hallway either from my room or the elevator I could smell it. Nothing too tremendous it was bearable but would be nicer without. My tea & coffee wasn't filled up after cleaning.

I really like the special seat at the window - perfect for reading! Very thoughtful to have added a lamp there. The location is perfect, right at the train station. It's nice and quiet in the room. The staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast is amazing.

At first I was confused about how to regulate the room temperature. With the help of the staff I finally figured out how to use the AC. Short instructions could be helpful.
