The property was very easy to reach from the Main station and is located right at a train/bus station, the room had more than enough space and the bed was insanely comfy. The staff were very polite and even let me check in early. There is a ton of shops around, food, groceries, shopping, the town is lively until the night and yet the room was very quiet. It is said that Frankfurt is not the safest place to be in as a solo traveller, but at least in this location, with the hotel having cctv and staff in house 24/7, I felt more than secure.

It’s clean enough but I found a lighter under the heater and the light curtains had stains on them. Some bathroom walls/counters had some stains on them. It was not bad but could have been slightly better. The staff did still check in daily if you needed anything and even supplied hair and body wash as well as other amenities like a kettle, safe and mini fridge so I would personally say it evened out.

Excellent location in the centre of Frankfurt. The hotel provided me with a cot for my baby which was high quality and comfortable. Comfortable bed and nice room. Good value for money.

No information on how to access the WiFi. Fridge stopped working when the main light was switched off. TV signal was very bad. No cup to use the kettle.

It's too noisy at night time - lots of shady people occupy this part of the street. There is Turkish cafe outside (I like their tea and street food) but it's concentrating a lot of noisy people every night who arguing, shouting till the morning.

Location is great for a couple of days, a hole weekend is enough to visit all the city. On google there are some bad reviews but overall we received a good service for the money. Metro and train station just in front of the street. If you are on a budget this hotel is a good option.

Some food smell is the hallways and a little bit noisy at night, but nothing too excessive. The reception is small and could be a little bit more tidy. (being picky)

Nice staff, not expensive, next to metro and close to a lot of stores and restaurants. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious.

In the evening there were a lot of people, mostly men, staring at us while walking from the metro to the hotel and from the hotel to the restaurant and back. Didn’t feel nice. (We are two women)

Beds are clean, fan is good for hot weather. Bathroom is useful and clean, shower was perfect. Location is good

Because of location (busy street) all night there are high and drunk people outside. After that there are garbage cars. We are very tired so we slept well but that may be hard for those who can’t sleep

The location was great and the rooms were well isolated from the noise outside even though the hotel is very central and in a busy area.

There was no room to put our luggage after checkout, our flight was late in the evening but the checkout was at noon so it was inconvenient to put the bags in an unsupervised space and the other option was to take the bags with us while we walk around the city which is also inconvenient

Very central location and very good value for our three night stay. Our fifth floor room had a view of the Dom if you looked left, and access to a kitchenette outside the room.

There was some noise from the street if the windows were left open.

The location is actually pretty good. It’s just down the street from one of the biggest mall in the city and just 15 minutes away from the downtown area. I was happy to finally have a room for my own after staying in hostels and shared rooms

The Wi-Fi was a little bit slow sometimes

Central location During my booking I asked for a quiet room on high floors. So, I stayed in the room 53. Clean room and bathroom, perfect bed for a nice sleep and mini fridge. The hotel is located in the heart of the city. 30 meters from Konstablerwache S-bahn and U-bahn station. Quick check in and check out. Excellent and very polite receptionists.

I didn't notice something negative.
