Everything as expected. I slept only for one night since I was waiting for my next flight there. The room was spacious but cosy, worth the price definitely. It is close to the airport and the shuttlebus is driving you directoy to the hotel. The staff was really nice! I qas worried because of the bad reviews, but saw that most of them were just because of an AC failure last summer. So there's nothing I could complain, I loved the place and will come back next time for sure. :)

Very convenient location for a one-night stopover in Frankfurt. Comfortable, quiet, clean and the shuttle service is great. The coffee machine with different coffee options in the lobby is a plus I was worried about the noise being so close to the airport but magically I didn't hear anything!

The AC didn't work properly. I tried 2 different rooms with the same results. Fortunately, it wasn't extremely hot, but I can only imagine this happening in midsummer. Didn't try the food so I can't rate it.

Helpful receptionist and bar / restaurant staff. Close to the airport . Uber costs 12€. Takes not longer than 10min. Great swimming pool, sauna. You have to pay additional 6€ for entry to us w both.This could be mentioned before. Breakfast very tasty and lots of choice of food. Room comfortable, but bed could have harder materace. Supermarket les than 10min walking from the hotel.

From the time u walk in the door, the hotel is clean and beautiful, and the staff is amazing and helpful. The bar and dining room are gorgeous.They have breakfast and dinner available at the hotel, which is so convenient. Rooms are very rewarding and comfortable. The pool is spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hotel is pet friendly and has a great area for dogs to run. Our whole experience was great! We would recommend this place to everyone.

Great location if you have a flight to get the next day.

The parking is €18 a night/day, so you have to add that to your bill or look for street parking. The staff are eager to get you to pay and park but never mentioned any other facility, whether there are meals served, coffee or a bar (the bar was obviously in sight) There is no facility in the room to make a cuppa coffee or tea early in the morning before you head out, but this is understandable from a business cost side.

Super clean rooms, with white bedsheets, warm rooms. Bathroom equipped with hairdryer, bath gel and other nice smelling pretty things. The staff was very helpful and gave us all necessary information. From Frankfurt Airport it took only 15 min by Uber, which is a good option instead of airport shuttle.

There is no tea or coffee option in the room, but a pleasant moment was the offered mineral water free of charge in each of the rooms.

Have not seen cleaner rooms and outstanding staff. Lived it there. Will come back and recommend any time. Shout out to Alexandro ( hope its spelled correctly) All staff are wonderful, he is exeptional💐

parking is not free but 10 Euro a night, which is costly if staying longer. The pool has also a charge of 6 Euro.

The place was great, clean and convenient

We had booked stay for 2 adults and our 10 year old, when we got there the sofa bed wasn’t made and we didn’t have any linens for it. It was ok since we got there earlier than expected and we were able to request the linens but it would’ve been an inconvenience if we would’ve gotten there late and ready for bed

Shuttle to airport was efficient. Facilities were very clean.

There is a charge for everything!! Parking, pool, shuttle. And the waitress at the restaurant told us our bill total and actually said “plus tip” everywhere we travelled in Europe did not ask for a tip, and nor is it expected. The pool is also not heated, quite chilly actually for an indoor pool.
