Stayed for a week for a conference. Beautiful and clean room. Got couch, comfy decor and everything. Generally nice and helpful staff, and no complaints about the room service. Free gummy bears in its good looking, cozy lobby. The location is peaceful and the hotel very close to metro station. The center is just a few stops away and the university campus is within walking distance.

The AC does not seem to be very helpful in cooling down the place. I can't imagine how hot it gets in summer. There's a heavy credit card deposit for a long stay, be prepared.

Very pleasant hotel in a lovely, green and safe neighbourhood, close to Frankfurt's city centre. We loved our corner room, with large windows on two sides. It made the room feel a lot bigger! The decor and furniture are comfortable, yet a homey twist to the design could really improve it further. The bed is large and slept very well. Parking was available on a small lot next to the entrance and in the basement. There is a large public park just around the block, perfect for an evening stroll, and plenty of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance.

Airconditioning was weak, so the room felt like an oven when we entered on a hot day. Fortunately staff had a fix, they provided an extra key card so that we could go out while leaving the airco on. The staff who checked us in were young and inexperienced, we didn't feel welcomed the way experienced staff members know how to welcome a guest. This didn't really bother us, but it's the extra touch that makes a stay memorable.

What a wonderful hotel! It is modern with an artistic twist to the decor. It is very clean and we loved the spa and wellness facilities. The room makes such efficient usage of space that whilst it is not large, it has everything you could want and more without feeling crowded. The staff on duty were very friendly and helpful. We have already recommended them to family and friends, whould they ever visit Frankfurt.

Check in didn't go well with the two women behind the desk, giving me a room I did not reserve! Went back to the reception for a better room! As per the following day I was more happier with the assistent of Dünya. He gave me tips what to do and what to visit in Frankfurt. Very helpful and a great help and he is very polite. Thank you for your kindness! I will definitely stay here again next time visiting Frankfurt.

Everything except the receptionist on arrival, who was rude and unhelpful. As I didn't want to interact with her, I never went back to the reception during the 4 day stay.

The staff, the room. It was very clean. Had a coffee maker and a kettle in the room. If I go back to Frankfurt, I will stay there again

The deposit of €150. I know I will get it back but I'm always worried that I'm going to be blamed for breaking something that was done by a previous guest.

Rooms were not cleaned very thoroughly during our stay and not enough plug sockets in the rooms.

Super spacious, the bathroom floor is heated (or so it seemed to me) Large table to work on, sofa, large windows, far from the center but very easy to get to on foot. I recommend it. Info of the city on my IG: mercarbajo

Maybe the price of breakfast, for what you pay for the room, I consider it expensive (there are no nearby areas to have breakfast, you have to walk)

Clever room design so wardrobe and bathroom take up minimal space leaves more living space and makes the room feel bigger. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Gym and spa - I was not expecting such facilities in the hotel - amazing! Great location - quiet street and close to my work.

Wifi. Lost connection in the gym and I could not auto-reconnect so I had to log in every time I came in and out of the hotel.
