We stayed here for only one night, but I recommend staying longer as the hotel room is quite spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The tram station is conveniently located just across the hotel. The room is equipped with a kettle, water, and a small fridge. The bathroom is spacious and includes a bathtub. Additionally, it is cheaper than other hotels we stayed in during our European tour.

Great place to stay in Frankfurt. We had a very late check-in (after 3am due to issues with our flight) and they were really welcoming and friendly. After checkout, they held our things in the locked storage room since we had a late-night flight. The room were spacious and clean. The location is close to the Hauptbahnhof, while still being in a more quiet neighbourhood.

You can hear everything from the hallway, since the bed is right next to the door.

Located near public transport making getting everywhere quick and easy. Good price with everything we needed. Kettle and coffee provided. Secure car park with lots of spaces.

It is right on a train line so bare that in mind for noise purposes, I used ear plugs and it was fine throughout the night. It was also very hot so a fan or air conditioner would be much appreciated.

The breakfast was really good. I didn't expect such a breakfast, actually. The room was really beautiful, just like in the pictures. My bed was comfortable and at night, the hotel was really silent, it was easy to sleep. They clean your room everyday, unless you say "No, thank you." :)

I did my best, but unfortunately the air conditioner didn't work, and at night, my room was really cold. I didn't expect such a thing. I wish I could have warmed my room a little bit, since during my stay nights in Frankfurt were really cold for me.

The staff is very kind. The hotel is located right next to a bus station, a tram and a railway station. Transportation connects you to the city center.The room is clean, warm, cozy and spacious enough.

I think the lobby needs to be arranged better, everything else was good.

The room was large and location near several interesting things to do. Price matched the quality which is fair. Did not have issues with cleanliness. Parking though not free was nearby which was convenient.

Despite asking ahead of time and being told the sauna worked, we found out the sauna had been broken by another guest a few days ahead of time.

Very close to public transport. Spacious room, very good shower water pressure and heating on the bathroom.

Slightly spartan furnishings. IKEA standing lamp in the room. Cleaning staff doesn't understand much German or English, and when I asked for specific tea bags I got a lottery of something else each day.

Location is very good. Its in front of bus station and train station. It qas clean and sfaff qas good.

Facilities were less. Breakfast was average but expensive.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the rooms were very clean and were being cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The location was perfect, direct trams to the Main Train Station and the city center right next to the building. Despite the fact that the hotel was located next to a busy street the room was very quiet. AC was a huge advantage considering 30C+ temperatures in the summer!

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good location, good experience.

Unfortunately, the basement had flooded during a recent storm, so the sauna and fitness center were not available.
